Battrey life is good in Stock , Just delete the unnecessary Moto Services from the stock Firmware.
I didnt tested the one by Innfinite4ever , also you need few days so that battrey would calibrate to give best results
1. LineageOS14.1 (MOTOG3-TE)
2. AEX 5.2 (Moto G Turbo)
Oreo scores more BM than N, i think stock rom would score more.
Also is there any way on increasing performance by flashing the Kernels. If so then which kernel should i Flash

Battery life is very good. I used to get only 3-3.5 hrs SOT in every custom ROM out there. Now I get around 4-4.5 hrs SOT. Not bad for a 2 year old phone.

Stock ROM is very fast and smooth as compared to any custom ROM out there as you can see from the SS in the post. I got 53k+ in Antutu.

Do a clean installation as described in OP of @lost101.
-BACKUP ALL YOUR DATA FROM INTERNAL STORAGE AND PLACE ROM IN SDCARD.
-Go to Wipe>Format Data>Yes. It will delete internal storage.
-Then go back to main TWRP screen. Go to Wipe>Factory Reset.
-Then install the ROM.
Everything will work fine.

Safety net passed for me tho. Also, that 53k score I think was a bug/mistake. Now I am getting only 45-48k.

I'd love to hear from anyone who was previously on a CM13 ROM and then installed COS13. Do you notice any performance differences? Any notable user-facing features in COS13 that are not present in CM13? Basically is there any real reason for people like me to go back to stock and get this update?
I should mention that I am running the latest build of Sultanxda's CM13 ROM (0404).

Flash an older version of 12.1 (not the latest 12.1.1), let it update to the latest 12.1.1, then manually update the ota to 13... Or edit the updater script to skip checks for release keys..

onyone can create zip for twrp?
Just finished setting up my phone after a complete clean flash (fastboot 12.1.1 + sideloading the update) and I gotta say that it feels really snappy so far. Noticed some new strange included apps, Instagram Content, Twitter Content and Discovery. I guess the Instagram and Twitter apps have something to do with the lock screen, but I've disabled them. I have no idea what Discovery does, so if anyone has a guess I'd love to hear it.
The most interesting thing will be battery life, but my verdict on that will have to wait until I've tested it for a couple of days.
My device is XT-1643. I am on cm 14.1 and i wanted to revert it to the stock mm. Is it possible ?

Yes you can restore the backup you have made using TWRP and you will see the same setup and data of MM as you left it.
Flashing will make your device just as new like out of the box.

Yes by doing so you are downgrading the OS.
You didn't flashed the soak test, right? As you stated that you made a backup of MM so I think you flashed the CM14.1 from the MM. So if you didn't flashed the soak test then you're good to go without any issue.

I am also new to this device so not much sure but for a safe side you should downgrade by flashing stock firmware via adb. And as far as I read and watched the videos on youtube there is not any issue to downgrade to MM if you have unlocked bootloader.
As being an XDA user we always know the risks. Good luck.

In Any Case If You Want to Install an OTA you will need Stock Recovery and I Would Say if want To Upgrade to Official 7.0
Use the Fastboot Method as It Will Override all your Mods like Xposed and EX Kernel ETC. Otherwise you May Get Some Issues
