[Q] locked out from device, not accepting Google Id...

After following a process elsewhere on XDA to set up a pin lock, (here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1848962&highlight=lock) I've been locked out of my device, with the response Too Many Pattern Attempts.
It says: "to unlock, sign in with your Google account." But I do that, and receive an invalid login response. (This is without active wi-fi, which I can't access for the settings!) I'm not certain that it's trying to connect online, but that's my only explanation for why my google credentials aren't working.
I was hoping I could use ADB to reset the PIN again, but ADB doesn't appear to recognize the Nook; maybe it's not opening up the device to USB until it gets unlocked. And ADB Wireless is something I can't even access until I get past this!
I'm currently on the road so I can't go back to my home wi-fi... and I'm not even sure that the nook would connect to the home wi-fi anyway.
At the very least, I'd love to find out how to boot it in recovery mode, maybe re-install and re-root everything. I've seen a few posts online about rebooting in recovery mode, but nothing consistent.
Any suggestions?

Loads of trouble with removing FRP from A5 2017 (A520F)

So, this has been giving me lots of trouble. The phone is locked with FRP. (By the way I am a complete noob). I tried to flash(root? what is it called?) the phone with CF-Auto-Root but it gave me a "Custom Binary(RECOVERY) Blocked By FRP Lock" in the Odin mode. I tried flashing with TWRP also and I got the same thing. I obviously cannot access the phone to remove the "OEM protection", which is apparently the fix. Also, excuse me if I'm going about this the wrong way and there is a much simpler method of removing the FRP from my phone. Thanks
Download the Smart Swtich and connect phone with USB
Make sure all samsung USB drivers are installed
Then start SS and press MORE button and select Emergency Software Recovery wait about 1Hour Maybe less to firmware download and the phone will boot but u need to enter your gmail and password to acess it
Press Thanks if it works
Cheers

J3 2016 frp lock

Hello
I have a Samsung Galaxy J3 2016 phone and one day I turned it off, so I wanted to run it, but I could not because "Custom binary file blocked by FRP lock" was written, so I was looking for a way to fix it and found a movie you had to load the original system and decided everything went well until you turned on the "installation of the application", after which the phone turns on again: / I would like to recreate the custom software, but I can not install TWRP, because in the download mode I still have the FRP lock. What should I do? Model ~ SM-J320FN

OK, but where should I enter it when I can not do it because the phone resets after the download has begun?

How to bypass FRP Locked after factory reset

I recently purchased a used A20 (SM-S205DL) the previous owner's child locked the device and forgot the pin. I was told it didnt have FRP activated so i mistakenly hard reset it without checking odin mode first. Now i have no way to set up the device or enable usb debugging. I have firmware and some basic knowledge of flashing via odin. Although i have only used it to unbrick a device roughly 5 years ago. How can i either remove FRP via odin mode or download mode without usb debugging turned on. I have no preference on how to gain access to the device. If frp cannot be removed could the device be completely wiped and made into a basic Linux device? I have no preference on what is done i only want to have some use out of it
Factory Reset Protection exists to prevent the use of stolen devices. Unfortunately, this can become rather inconvenient in other circumstances where for some reason the Google account the device was locked on isn't available.
While FRP unlock services exist, we here on XDA tend to err on the side of caution due to the potential for criminal activity.
Try flashing vbmeta.img (UNLOCK BOOTLOADER)
Try this:
This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a google account that was previously synced on thos device.
Hello everyone, I got a phone Galaxy A 20 and called Boost mobile to sim unlock the phone, what they did. When done I factory reseted the phone. Now when I try to add an account I got a "your phone was factory reset., type the password to...

MDM profile? Managed by IT SM-T597V

Hello,
I have a Verizon Galaxy Tab A SM-T597V.
The device allows me to factory reset and even used Odin to flash the factory ROM onto the device. I’ve even successfully been able to rush through the set up and access settings and enable USB debugging.
But no matter what if I go through the set up menus it eventually pops up and says “Managed by your IT department” and installs an app called “Hub.” The KG state says Prenormal and FRP Lock says OFF. OEM unlocking has never shown as an option.
Has anyone encountered this or know of an option to keep the device installing these programs during the set up screen?
Any advice pointing in right direction would be great!
