I don't know if this has already been found, or posted about, but I found a really simple way to find the cast screen setting, and make it easily accessible.
1. Download Activity Manager from the Google Play Store.
2. Open Activity Manager and where it says "Recent Activities" click and change to all activities.
3. Find "Settings" in the list and expand it by clicking.
4. Find "Cast screen" on the expanded list.
5. press and hold it, then press "Create Shortcut."
6. if you go to whatever home you have, there should be a shortcut called "Cast screen."

Guide to create GPSSetup2 shortcut on the homescreen. First you'll have to download and install the homescreen and launcher replacement LauncherPro (Attached, link at the bottom). Then, follow these steps.
1. Press the center key on the phone. You'll get two options on the screen: 'LauncherPro' and 'TwLauncher'. Select LauncherPro. Let LauncherPro load.
2. Now again press the center key and this time select TwLauncher.
3. After it loads, press and hold your finger on an empty spot on the screen.
4. In the list that pops out, select Shortcuts.
5. Then select Activities.
6. After a few seconds you'll get a long list of Applications. Scroll down to GPSSetup2. Touch GPSSetup2, it'll expand to show more options. From this expanded list, select the first option i.e GPSSetup2 (com.sec.android.app.GPSSetup2.GpsSetup).
7. That's it. You'll now have a shortcut to GpsSetup2 on the homescreen.
8. After this is done, simply go to Settings>Applications>Manage Applications and uninstall Launcher Pro if you don't want to use it.
9. If you do want to use it, press the center key, tick 'Use by default for this action', then press 'LauncherPro' (Much better than the Samsung Launcher and homescreen, except for the less colorful icons).
That's it. No need to enter that long code anymore to enter GPSSetup2 everytime..
Alternate Method: (By stubborn_d0nkey)
1. Download and install any cut (only 31 kb) from the market
2. Long press on a home screenc
3. Choose shortcuts->any cut->activity
4. scroll down to gpssetup2 and click on it
5. Click ok (change the name if you want to)
6. there ya go
if you wish you can uninstall (settings->applications->manage applications-> any cut and press unistall) and the shortcut will stay.
but it is only 31kb and it might be useful sometime in the future

I'm using activities in LaunchPro - that's very usefull also for switching APNs (exchange/google) but I haven't found any manual for gpsSetup2 (what each option is good for)

GPSSetup as (favorite) contact
Why not just set the USSN Code of GPSSetup as phone contact?
Type the numbers, save them once and "call" them any time you need GPS. So theres no need to install additional apps

Yeah, you are right, but there are more steps involved in selecting the saved contact and then calling to run it, unless you have a widget to store a direct link to call the contact on the homescreen. Creating the shortcut, although more complicated at first, is a much faster way later to access it.
When the Samsung Galaxy S6 came out I really liked this feature of quickly launching the Camera app by just double tapping on the physical Home button. Well for those people looking for something similar(like myself) this is a pretty good and easy way to make it happen, the Camera wont launch as fast as the GS6 but something still better than nothing, I will leave some Step by Step procedure with some pictures for references,so lets get started,
NO ROOT REQUIRED
Download Home2 Shortcut from Google Play for free. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eikatou0.appspot.home2shortcut
1-Open up Home2 Shortcut and scroll down 'till you reach your first stop - "Step1". Here, you'll assign the Home key to the Camera app. So tap "Choose Application", choose "Camera" and hit "Ok".
2-Next, you'll adjust the duration, or how quickly you must tap the home button to complete the action. So scroll down to "Step 2", tap the "Normal" drop-down menu, and choose "Normal"
3-Scroll down to "Step 3", where you'll complete an important setting. Tap "Choose Home Application" and select the launcher you're currently using.
4-Scroll down to the final "Step 4" and tap Close. Android will prompt you to select an app to complete the action. In this screen, select "Home2 Shortcut", and then choose "Always".
5-Go ahead and try launching the Camera by double tapping the Home button. It should work.
THIS METHOD DOES NOT WORK WITH THE SCREEN OFF
For some reason OK Google Everywhere stopped functioning on my Tmobile Gs5. Even rolling back to older versions of Google's apps didn't help. I did find a kind of work around though by installing Xposed Additions and setting up a long press on the home key to bring up Google Search. Once that screen comes up you can use the "OK Google" phrase and do your search. NOTE: you must be rooted for this and have Xposed Installer installed, of course.
Xposed Additions is a bit complex, so here's how I set mine up:
download Xposed Additions, install and enable it.
Open Xposed Additions.
Select Buttons.
Select Add New Key.
Press the key you want to program (in this case, the home key).
click OK.
Under "keys" you will see "home" added.
Select Home.
Select Add New Condition.
Select Screen On.
Under conditions, you will now see Screen On, with the note under it "no active actions".
Select Screen On.
On the screen that pops up, select Single Action, Long Press.
I don't know why "disabled" comes on, just ignore it.
Now do a long press on "long press".
The "Add new Action" screen will come up.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Load application list"
Now scroll to "google search" and select it.
You will now be returned to the "Screen On" screen and see that the action for Google Search has been added for screen On Single Action Click.
Press your return key to go to the previous screen. You now see that "screen on" has "1 active action".
Press the return key again. You will return to the Buttons screen and see that Home has 1 condition.
Press return again to return to the Xposed Additions main screen.
You're done.
Download Terminal Emulator from the Play Store. Install HTC Internet from ApkMirror.
Now enter EPS and open Messages.
Text yourself a link. Google for example.
Tap that link and open it with HTC Internet.
Tap the 3 dots and hit share, then tap "Term Here" to open Terminal Emulator.
Then get superuser access in Terminal Emulator with the "su" command, after that execute "am start com.htc.launcher" to wake up the launcher but not also open it and finally execute "am start com.htc.launcher/com.htc.launcher.Launcher" to open the homescreen activity. Boom. Now you can open any app, but only exit them by tapping back multiple times. Home sends you to the EPS Launcher.
2D apps are limited to 15fps, but 3D apps are locked at 30fps just as with the regular power saver.
Ok. Just found a new and much quicker way.
This works without root, unlike the one above.
Download Irishin's Button Remapper (no root) and Quick Shortcut Maker.
Open Button Remapper and remap an "Other..." action to Volume Down. Select "Shortcut" and enter Quick Shortcut Maker. Go down to Sense Home and select "com.htc.launcher/com.htc.launcher.Launcher" and tap "Create". Not tick "Block System Action" and tap "Ok" to create the remap. Also select "single tap".
Now activate Extreme Power Saver and hit the vol down key.
Enjoy your new makeshift physical home button.
You can also set a long press on vol down to open the recent apps with Button Remapper.
Fun fact: If you do it with the Quick Shortcut Maker method, like, scroll down to SystemUI and select "com.android.systemui/com.android.systemui.recent.RecentsActivity, if you are on Android 5.1.1, it will open the Android 4.4-style recent apps, because the code is still present in the System UI.

I have been looking for an auto-answer solution for the Pixel XL and have not been able to find anything that worked. I was playing around with Tasker and found a simple method that works. This will probably work on other devices, but I have not tested beyond the Pixel XL.
Prerequisites:
Phone must be rooted. Directions can be found here.
Tasker app installed. You can download it from the Play store here.
Once you are rooted and have Tasker installed, you need to create a profile. From the profiles tab in Tasker, press the "+" button, then >State >Phone >Call. make sure the Type is "Incoming" and leave everything else alone.
Hit the back arrow in Tasker. Tasker will prompt you for a new task. Press the "+" button next to "New Task." Leave the optional line blank and press the check mark.
From the Task Edit page, press the "+" button. Select Input >Button. In the Action Edit page, change the drop down under Button to "Call."
Press the Tasker back arrow twice to bring you to the Profiles tab. Enable the profile with the toggle next to "Call Incoming."
Press the check mark at the top of Tasker to apply the changes.
Make sure to enable tasker by pressing the 3-dot menu option and select "Enable Tasker."
If everything is working properly, the phone will answer any incoming phone calls.
