Update: https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-a/help/sm-t580-frp-partly-bypassed-chrome-trick-t3768193
I have tried atleast 20 'tricks' that didnt work.
Also im stuck on android 7 because i cant find a android 6 that wont give me a black screen prompt asking for password.
some of them:
-Downgrading to 6.0.1 (Gives black screen with prompt asking for password)
-Flashing twrp
-Various Hotspot tricks, google assist and share tricks.
-First 7 version
-Smart switch (Crashes when i type in the device name)
I have not tryed flashing a custom rom as im sure it wont work. Please tell me if it work.
I can flash with odin and boot into stock recovery. Cant Factory reset (MDM lock)
Please help, im getting crazy

If you downgrade to android 6 you need to factory reset which you obviously cannot do because you have an MDM lock.
Why does this tablet have MDM software installed is the question?
Also I can't see how you have managed to get FRP locked when you have MDM as this prevents factory reset unless you have installed a custom recovery or something?
In that case all that is required is to flash the stock firmware.

I have no idea. I bought it like that from some guy in Danmark. Don't think it was stole though as I know the guy, and I don't think he would do that. Do you have any suggestions of how I can unlock it?

I can boot into the starting/introduction screen (only on android 7 versions) but after I connect to the Internet and agree with the terms of usage, it wants me to enter the email and password used earlier for the device.

So this means someone has somehow managed to factory reset via recovery triggering the FRP lock.
How considering it is already mdm locked is a mystery?
There are ways to get by FRP using accessibility mode, but the firmware would need to be downgraded to the earliest possible.

The earliest I could downgrade to was PL4 but it just straight it gave me a black screen asking for a password. Though I can flash any Android 7 Rom for the tab.

The problem is if you try to downgrade the os version you need to wipe the data partition.
You cannot do that because of mdm.
What's the full firmware build number?

OK just re-read your post, you already have the correct firmware.
When flashing the firmware flash CSC instead of HOME_CSC.
This should wipe your DATA partition and remove the MDM software.
Check repartition in ODIN when flashing. It should find the PIT file in the CSC file.

It should have auto booted to recovery and then you should have seen 'Erasing'
Did you flash the whole firmware including CSC?
Can you upload the CSC so I can take a look at it?

I'm not home right now. From what I remember, it was just a normal recovery with the ADB option, factory reset and Cache reset. I'm not home right now.

If it cannot boot you need to Odin flash the official stock firmware in download mode before you can do anything else.
Good luck.

Odin flashing will not delete anything in your internal sdcard, it will delete the current rom.
For best results do a full wipe in recovery mode before Odin flashing the Samsung official firmware.

Before flashing do as Misterjunky said, but also you need to DELETE google account.on device.Only then in download mode it will show message FTP OFF.
Every time you flash ROM you need to delete google account.

Flash stock rom with odin, factory reset and you are done. do not set up the phone with google account to turn it again on. flash recovery and your favorite rom.
Enable oem unlock so it prevents this from happening again.
Frp lock and Recovery not Seandroid enforced.
So I bought this S6 edge plus two days ago. Set up my google account, fingerprint lock and pin.
Inserted the pin 24 hours ago and I'm locked out. Stuck on the animation screen with a red inscription saying Custom Binary Blocked by FRP lock.
Pressing the home+ power + lower volume button takes me to this interface I have noidea of.
Pressing the up button+ power+ home says Recovery Is Not Seandroid Enforced.
Ps...It's been a while since I used android.
So my questions are
1. Which one is the hard reset and when does the 24 hours start?
2.What's with that interface?
3.WHat happens after my 24/72 hours?

Forgot to activate OEM-Unlock for Root. Phone Bricked: "Custom binary blocked by FRP"
Hello,
today i rooted my J5 (SM-J500FN) via Odin and CF-Auto-Root.
Everyting went well but after the root i unticked OEM-Lock (please dont ask me why i did it) and restarted my phone and this nice screen greeted me: "Custom binary blocked by FRP. SECURE FAIL: KERNEL"
So I tried everything I found on the Web and found nothing really helpful. Then i tried flashing the recovery and reflashing CF-Auto-Root but both got blocked in the Download Mode with the message "FRP Block".
Please can someone help me, i really hope i dont have to reset my phone because my google authenticator is stored on it, and it would be a real pain to write to the support of every account i connected to reset my Security Options.
Thanks, Toby
P.S: when i flash the boot.img does it wipe my device?

No it does not. You are not affecting the data partition.
This would only happen if you flashed the factory repair firmware.
Thank you all. Here is my Guide: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/complete-guide-to-rid-custom-binary-t3541403
It is generally for all (Samsung) Smarphones as i believe that it wont be any different.

Happy for you ^^
When activating the oem unlock you can install Twrp, kernel or custom rom without the activation of FRP security that is activated when you establish a security pattern in the device
When the binary is blocked by the FRP you must install the factory firmware, then enter the recovery and do a factory reset since the FRP prevents external access to the system and data as prevention
You will be prompted for the email and password of the previously used account

Flashing the stock firmware is enough to remove frp. No need to factory reset.

Revert from Android Pie to Android Oreo using Odin?

I need to go back to Android 8, but I did the OTA update to Android Pie last weekend on my SM-G950FD.
Can I still flash the Android 8 ROM with Odin, without running into issues with the bootloader?
My current Baseband version is G950FXXU4DSBA and I want to go back to G950FXXS4CSB1.
Thanks in advance!

Yes you should be able to downgrade with the firmware you mentioned. As long as the bootloader version is the same or higher.( in your case 4 ).
You may have to do a clean install (CSC) or if using Home CSC then a factory reset from recovery.
Backup before doing anything first
... and is it possible to downgrade from DSBA to CRL3?
Thank you

According to this: https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-s8/SM-G950F/PHE/download/G950FXXU4CRL3, the bootloader is also level 4, so it should work.
It seems to me, though, that you were told to do a hard reset from recovery.
There should be no problem if Odin told you PASS.
link don't work.
I went back to Oreo CRL3 using CSC, the phone has reset to factory data ... everything is ok.

not anymore. there was a patch that fixed the bug that allowed this to occur. Sammy is always right on our tails. now you need the combination firmware, which you flash in Odin as well then follow it up with the stock firmware from sammobile since the combination FW isnt really bootable (it is, but its weird lol)

Sammy is always right on our tails. now you need the combination firmware, which you flash in Odin as well then follow it up with the stock firmware from sammobile since the combination FW isnt really bootable (it is, but its weird lol)

I flashed the combination firmware. After that I flashed my stock firmware but now I get stuck on recovery screen. First it says "Erasing" and then the dead Android mascot shows up. Can't boot into system. Any suggestions? FRP Lock is still on and I can't flash TWRP, custom binary is locked by frp.
possible solution
Hi, how are you? I'm sorry for my english, I'm from Brazil and I'm using the ksks translator so with my j5 i used the frp hijacker (just put it on google) there you choose the phone model, put it in download mode, install the program on the computer, choose the model, check remove frp and a hijack it! and ready frp unlocked

Yes it does. I tried 3 different firmwares from different regions on SamMobile. Still no luck...

tried it on another computer? Ive had that issue with my desktop/laptop(s). I never dug into what caused it to fail on the desktop vs working on a few laptops. Literally everything else works exactly as it should on the desktop so i just let it be an unresolved oddity. Likely not worth the time it would take to resolve. Anywho, try a different computer and/or diff cable. I just ordered an Anker cable from amazon and its thicker and more sturdy than the micro usb cable ive been hanging on to from my old blackberry tour. Cables are stupid cheap online these days, even for the very very good ones. Perhaps worth a shot, but i cant suggest that you spend money on anything. I can say that its what I would do.

SM-N9860 Soft Brick Recovery

Hi All,
I brick my SM-N9860, after playing with changing csc on TGY firmware I got to situation that my phone doesn't boot to system and I have FRP lock. Its stuck on download mode (attached pics).
Factory reset in recovery mode doesn't work and I cant flash new firmware with odin because of FRP lock.
Maybe some can help how can I resolve this issue?
I tried to flash combination file with pit file but I get error that there is a FRP lock. I wanted to try the option in recovery "Apply update with adb" but I cant find OTA file for SM-N9860.
From what I understood there is some boxes and dongles like Octoplus Pro Box that can reflash the phone and remove the FRP lock but maybe there is a solution easier than this that works with odin??
The problem is to make my phone to boot, than I could remove the FRP lock because my problem not the google credentials only that it not boot up after factory reset...

Thanks) I wish it was just a cable..)
Try to look in maybe s20 ultra or s20 forum, they was released earlier and perhaps someone has already had this problem and solved it.

Why don't you just put your Samsung account and password in? Because that's what you need to do in order to turn off the frp.. If you're going to tell us you don't know the Samsung user account and password that's only going to make us think the phone is stolen because that's basically what frp is meant to do block people from using it or doing updates or factory resetting it to try to remove the frp.. All you need is your Samsung account and password..

Can you do me a favor with a patched version of Odin or just try multiple different Odin versions and flash only the CSC, AP and BL. and yes this is going to factory reset it probably but at least you might have the phone back.. Is this an unlocked bootloader phone btw? Edit: Make sure you're flashing the correct BL AP and CSC that the phone originally came with. Edit: Can you tell me what the last firmware was that you had on it?

I will try it, the phone is unrooted and with locked bootloader like it came from factory with no knox tripped. The last firmware that I was is "SM-N9860_20201112_TGY_N9860ZSU1BTJ9-N9860OZS1BTJ9-N9860ZCU1BT"
but the modification that I made was with SamKEY changed the CSC to CHC and after that flashed CHC csc file with odin, so in settings I had region CHC,CHC/CHC,TGY
Thanks for help

Flash just the CSC, AP and BL of the firmware version N9860ZSU1BTJ9 if that doesn't work then try flashing the CSC, AP and BL from the firmware version N9860ZSU1ATGM and see if that works..

Hi Chetbiz,
On your original thread, I did mention a ”patched” version of ODIN, I thought you already tried it. I guess not...
So there is still chance [emoji848].

From what I understand I need Binary 4 file to unlock frp lock, maybe some one knows something about this file and if we got one anywhere?
I have never heard about it before, sorry
You may have to bite the bullet and send back to Samsung and have them reset the phone to original factory condition. It may cost some money, but better that than not having a phone at all -- a lot less than buying a new note for sure.
If you can't get it to flash on your own, I think that is your only option.
One quick thought - have you tried to turn off the phone and then boot back into Download mode? if not, try holding power and volume down until screen turns off - and when it is still off -quickly plug the USB cord into your phone. This will (should) force download mode - if it works - click volume up and then use Odin to try to flash the last firmware file you have (try all four files)
I don't know if this will help or make a difference, but if you haven't already tried this - it may work for you.
Good luck....

Yes I think too that sending back to seller is my only option, I'm trying to connect with him, I bought on ebay, the problem he's doesn't answering me.
About download mode of course I entered the download mode after he was turned off. Nothing works, the strange thing that its fails to flash the latest tgy firmware, there I dont have an error about pit file or frp lock but its still failes on AP file when trying to write super.img... So I don't know what the solution for that, maybe in next firmware version it
will succeed

You probably already tried this - but just in case, go to this link and download the most recent PATCHED Odin -
Then get several different USB Cords - Samsung Original is usually the best - but get different cords just the same -
then try to flash all four files in that patched odin - if it fails, close odin - open it again and reload the files and try again using a different USB Cord.
I believe that if you keep trying, you will eventually get it to work...
By the way, If you can't get the Seller to do the right thing - contact SAMSUNG Support and arrange to send it back to them. They may charge you (Probably around $100 or so I think) but they can definately help you get it working again.
Hope that helps - Good Luck.
Tried to flash the latest firmware N9860ZSU1BTK3 but still stuck on writing super.img in odin
Don't know what to do

super.img is from AP. Try to flash the build that was working on your phone before the issue happened, but without the AP.
