Hi guys,
Just updated my Sony Xperia Z via PC Companion - as of now no OTA updates here in Singapore.
Following are the changes which I can see:
1. Default Launcher is smooth now, bettter than before
2. White Balance Display
3. Navigation Bars are now Dark Black
4. Pulse Light Notification - LED Notification Issue Resolved
5. NFC Firmware update
6. Widgets - World Clock
7. Album - Photo Tagging Option added
8. Movies - Portrait mode available
9. Small Apps - Icon Changed, Browser from Xperia
10. Camera - Enhanced image quality, Camera opens fast from lock screen now
11. Keyboard changed slightly
12.

1. Camera still taking too much time to launch

Includes NFC Firmware update, also a few widgets updated/added I see, as google now widget, fastcontrols widget is updated, the great topcontacts app is back in Z style, a added worldclock.. status and navigationbar black, Screencalibration app & notification light on/off switch both in screensettings menu smoother usage in a lot of moves on the Z also in homescreen.. and a few small apps changes are made/added.. going to search for more

When will launch in .FTF?

there seems some improvement in camera....................at present i can try some indoor shots only....took some shots before and after update,there seems to be a slight improvement with details(not great but acceptable) after the update which i can see while zooming the pics...........will soon provide the images link

Yes, it is legitimate. I just flashed it successfully, everything is working perfectly. The firmware in question seems to be singaporean.

the title says it was prepared for 9070P so you have to replace contents of /system/lib/tee folder from 9070 ROM

I'm glad I'm not the only one facing this issue.
For the rest, can you please make the statusbar transparant?
I think that a PA base would be better with this KitKat thingy. But your choice.

Good:-
No bugs yet.
In call volume is working.
Camera and camcoder working
Fast and smooth(just a little jerky when opening app drawer)
No restarts or force closes.
Battery seems to work good(havnt tested properly) but it seems to have a good life.
Not so good :-
No transparent status bar of kitkat.
Cannot control the vibration while typing on keyboard.
Apollo sucks (well for me)
No ringtones of kitkat.
File manager cannot read my sd card. (Root browser is all the way)

TWLauncher without the google search widget at the bottom side of the homescreen. I've tried this on my Tab3 P5200 4.4.2 and its working.Working on 4.4.2 and rooted tablet with custom recovery.

right! diffrent dpi even the tab 4 launcher from the 7 inch model wich i tried to port doesn't fit the screen. the tab 4's are using a completely diffrent dpi!

I hope nobody will fill offended but I modified it to 8x5 apps grid. Like in the pictures below.
All credits and thanks please give them to the persons mentioned before. I only modified a few .xmls.

I forgot to mention that I tested it only on my Galaxy Tab 3 10.1. It should work on other devices too.

Try signing the apk using ZipSigner from Market. Then it might be installed as normal apk.

Does anybody have backup of stock t315 launcher ? I forget to backup, and now launcher just force close and won't work.
edit. Or does somebody know another way to get back to stock launcher ?

Now it's a perfect launcher.

I have not tried that, but I might. But I do not want to override my current Touchwiz launcher with this one.

Don't unzip the center-clock.zip. Just OPEN with 7zip and paste the new apk inside.

with this mod, lockscreen looks weird with notification icons on left hand side not in allignment with other status bar icons on the right, and also the carrier name weirdly placed (not exactly in the center) when a different (non-stock) LCD density is used (see first attached image)
can the notification icons be completely removed from lockscreen status bar since notifications are shown in the middle of lockscreen anyway in Lollipop ? (see attached second attached image) ?
:good: nice effort nonetheless, i prefer the clock placed in the center... one of the customization optionz from KK and JB that i've missed on lollipop since xposed isnt an option....
i hope that you are able to fix the bugs i mentioned above.

Installation/Usage instructions
1. Check "Allow installation of apps from unkown sources" at Settings -> Security.
2. Download and install YotaLazyMirror on your YotaPhone 2 (Lollipop is necessary).
3. Start the app.
4. Select apps that you often use on the always-on screen.
5. Close YotaLazyMirror.
6. Open one of the selected apps.
7. YotaLazyMirror automatically activates mirroring mode.
8. Turn your phone to the e-ink side.
9. Use the app on the always-on screen.
10. When you close the app, mirroring will be deactivated.

You should include a link to the app's Google play page. It's a much better way to spread your app and keep users up to date than a separate download here.
Maybe include a check whether the mirroring mode is already on when app is started, so that in that case it will not turn off the mirroring when that app is closed...? This would make the user experience better for those who sometimes want to start apps from mirrored mode and then continue using the phone in mirrored mode after closing apps.
(I released a code for this check in my dev notes)

Good point, thanks. This check will be included in my next version which is already waiting for approval in Google Play.
I have changed the download link to Google Play.

I have YD206 running Kitkat and Google Play says this is incompatible.
Does it requires Lollipop?
Or, can I have direct download link to the APK?

Sorry, Ignore my message. I meant to post it on another thread (YotaText) by mistake I ended up posting it here where it is explicitly mentioned that Lollipop is required.

Hmm, I am actually planning to use this combined with Tasker to turn off ScreenFilter when a certain mirrorred-app is activated, but doesn't like it's working for me. Anything I can do to make it work? Thank you.
I'm on YD206 flashed to Lollipop RU1.1.134 and rooted if that helps.
