Hi, anyone can say me how to extract files from system.img(extracted from update.app).
If I try with ext4extractor it crash. Thanks for the help.

Someone has Rooted P8 lite with "L21C185B120" or "L21C185B130" help me please!
HI my friends.
I have a P8 lite with ALE-L21C185B130 firmware version and I tried to change my phone location using a method was for Honor 4C exactly!!
After that boot animation of my phone turned to "HONOR" (that method was for Honor 4C exactly), But I forgot to take a backup of my original "oeminfo" file.
So anybody that has Rooted P8 lite with "L21C185B120" or "L21C185B130" firmware please take a copy of "oeminfo" file and upload it for me using this guide:
1. go to ES File Explorer and enable Root Explorer in left side menu> tools
2. go to this path: device/ dev/ block/ platform/ hi_mci.0/ by-nam
3. copy "oeminfo" file from above path (don't change or delete any thing!)
4. Please upload it for me. I need it orgently!

From which build?
Edit: I looked inside the UPDATE.APP file for the CAN-L11C432B340 build and there were none of those files inside.

320,330,340 any of that.
Its not in update.app, its in installed firmware on phone. In data folder, system folder and some one else.

I want to extract system.img from AP of Firmware file but ext2toext4 unpacker failed to read or error file unkonwn or not supported . Anyone please help me to unpack system.img of firmware file. And also be let me know some new .img unpacker or extractor. I tried lots of old methods but not working. Please any one help.

Did you got any success?
I too tried various tools, but all in vain!
Somehow Imgextractor.exe extract system.img files, but stop after extracting few files.

Can you upload or give a link to the file. I might check and attempt to unpack it for you, if that's ok by you.

Can you upload or give a link to the file. I might check and attempt to unpack it for you, if that's ok by you.
winrar will extract the image file. Can't post link to the software. Google winrarlabs.

Uploading 2 programs.. one of them should work at least.
Drag and drop .img file onto imgextractor.exe
or place img in SystemExtractor-Win-master folder and run extractor.
Hi, anyone knows how can i extract ramdisk img?
I tried with HuaweiUpdateExtractor but it don't showme that partition so i don't know what is wrong.
