No , it doesn't support Dolby Atmos.
You can flash Atmos on custom roms just fine, look for Dolby Atmos for Oreo on xda. I recommend V4A tho.:laugh:

So I have been using the dolby atmos beta since a long time in oneplus 8 pro but I recently joined in the android 11 beta and the dolby atmos wont open. Any help would be appreciated

It is a beta, wait for stable version.
Dolby? Oh, yeah...My music app don't start.. And some other apps. But i wait. All the time in new version of Android some apps won't work.
