Try to copy your folder with fastboot rom to your users folder...
There's a space in your path (your name and family name) and it might be the culprit.
So, make sure you have a path without spaces in it.

Yes you can,
See the path to the right of the button select
Now look at the name "Jesus Fernandes"
There's the space.
Now try to save the folder with fastboot rom in your c drive directly and then try again

put the extracted ROM in other than C drive and try.

Other people have already explained, but maybe I can clarify: MiFlash doesn't like spaces in names. You can put your "tissot_images..." folder directly on c: for the flashing, and then move it somewhere else after you have finished if you don't like having things in c:
Edit: Correcting myself a little: I'm not sure it's MiFlash that cannot handle spaces or if it's the process. Either way, make sure there are no spaces in the file path!

Do you mean the ones on your sdcard? Those can all be removed, but I recommend putting them somewhere safe (such as your computer) so they are there if you ever need to root again.
so if i delete everything off of my card i will remain rooted?

Yes, that is all in the phone now. You only need it if you need to re-root.

SystemUI.apk problem

So, as posted on the lenovo community forums, now that we have obtained root we can change the system bar icons (ie back, home, apps) back to stock by swapping out some png files.
I've successfully pulled the file and changed the files using winrar on my pc but the problem I have is putting the SystemUI.apk back into the /system/app folder where it belongs... it gives an error saying not enough free space for the move.
I'm not knowledgeable with adb to know how to use the commands to push and mount the system folder, so I've tried Root Explorer and ES File Manager both with the same problem.
In both File Managers I've had root access and mounted the folder as read/write. I also deleted a bunch of lenovo apps out of there that were much larger than the SystemUI.apk that I've been trying to replace so I don't know what else to do.
Any suggestions?
I've had similar strange problem and I only made some space by deleting so you can try to push Lenovo apps on data partitions that's several times bigger that system one.
We had managed to replace the stock status bar with the default honeycomb one on the K1:
http://rootzwiki.com/topic/13407-al...-120109-build/page__view__findpost__p__333904
**just realized that the link to the statusbar uses megaupload, will try to reupload later.
I just did this mod my tablet, no issue with the size at all.
Hey,
just messed up with my systemui.apk and now my taskbar is completely gone. I tried to backup with titanium but nothing changed -> always a forceclose message appears.
I also tried to copy and paste the file from the titanium folder manually into system/apps but still the same.
does anyone know what to do? looking forward to some answers.

ok, before blindly deleting and modifying systemfiles and consequently messing up my system again...
...is there any way to get rid of the launcher wheel in the taskbar. i just hate that wheel, hit it so often while writing with the stylus.
some suggest to hide the taskbar (e.g. honeyhide etc) but i would rather like to get rid of the wheel only.

This is indeed sad news. I think what we really need is a rooted stock Honeycomb/ICS ROM we can all flash
Anyone have any experience developing ROMs for specific devices?

No way!? HC or ICS?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but ICS would be significantly harder to implement at this point due to no drivers etc and you'd have to port everything essentially, right?

[REQUEST][H918][FILES] /data/ipsec/wo file dump please

Hi all,
Trying to work on getting VoLTE and WiFi Calling working on T-Mobile for H990DS devices.
I noticed that APNs are correct but my /data/ipsec/wo is empty.
If someone could paste their files from that folder I'd be incredibly grateful.
Thanks!
Boxy
Oh and also, if you could tell me the permissions for the files in that folder as well.
Thanks!
If anyone's reading this with an H918, please help me out I'll be forever grateful.
The dump shouldn't take long! Just need a file explorer and navigate to data/ipsec/wo and grab the files.
Please and thank you!

Hey, thanks for your response!
If you've got access to a computer, we can accomplish this without root using adb.
Once adb is installed on your computer and you've enabled USB debugging on your phone, just type the following in a command prompt from your adb directory:
adb devices <------ this should pull up your device. It might ask you to authenticate the computer fingerprint on your V20, just click yes and remember.
adb pull /data/ipsec/wo/ <--- this will pull all files in that folder.
Thanks in advance!

Would you mind sending me a screenshot of your APNs as well?
Thanks!
EDIT: So I found something interesting... it seems there's possibly a lot more files in /data/ipsec/ that I do not have. For example, the .conf files in /wo/ call upon files from data/ipsec/updown_script

Thank you everyone for your help! I've got these in, going to see if I can somehow magically enable VoLTE.
Before all of this I was able to toggle it on and off but the setting wouldn't stick - it would default to off again. Perhaps if the phone can read these .conf files I'll have better luck.

Do you have more than one apn option. That might explain the extra file in the wo folder that I don't have or it could just be the different rom. I opened both of your files from the wo folder and they are very similar, but a little different.

The most recent (twrp-3.2.1-0-x2).
Heyyo, I'm not quite sure I follow... TWRP-3.2.1-0-x2 shouldn't have ant device name change as I essentially only updated the code to support newer versions of TWRP and didn't change any device naming.
Can you please post a copy of the recovery log?
Can you also please specify which ROM or file you were trying to flash with TWRP-3.2.1-0-x2?
