Hi I decided to update my LG G2 D802 16GB to android 7.1.1 LineageOS. I made backup of my original system, and then I wipe Dalvik/ART Cache, System,Data and Cache. Then I flash lineage-14.1-20180220-nightly-d802-signed.zip and open_gapps-arm-7.1-stock-20180226.zip and then I press on reboot system LG logo apears for several seconds and then nothing only black screen, I try to force reboot it but nothing only lg logo and black screen, phone can't go to fastboot or recovery mode only to download mode but I can't flash the system with LG flashtool because my and others pc won't detect it (LG usb drivers is already instaled) what should I do ????
Looks like you're gonna have to short those two capacitors to get it to be recognised on the PC again...

i was on cloudyg2 3.0 (Lollipop) then i decided to flash resurection remix rom (lollipop) i booted into recovery mode via third party app and flashed rom and gapps and wiped dalvik cache and cache and then rebooted my device.
after reboot it stuck on lg logo screen and nothing happens, i tried to go into recovery mode by pressing volume down and power buttons but it reboots on lg log screen and nothing happens..
please help me to fix this problem i dont know what wrong i have done..
How to Format Data and internal storage partitions ,
I am currently stuck on lg logo , download mode works , update completes 100%, but still stuck on logo, when i get in recovery, it says unable to mount data , cache, Is there anyway to format these 2 partitions. i have LG G2 802 HONGKONG VERSION

after installing Lineage OS through twrp - there's no boot now, LG logo appears for one second and then it's gone
i can volume down + power then leaving the power for erasing all phone, then again - booting into TWRP only
tried the same with older Lineage OS's version - same occured, LG's logo for one second and no boot

update - I have recovery mode (twrp 3.1.1.0) but no download mode, tried
and can't boot - boot and then after less than 1sec of logo - phone off

SO Ive tried a number of things.
Im currently stock in recovery or fastboot.
It happened after I applied a substratum theme on 8.1 Resurrection Remix and I restarted the phone because it froze on applying the theme.
No mater what I do I always end up in recovery.
Things tried so far:
Everything besides ext. Sd wiped numerous times before and after reinstall.
Full restore including everything (bootloader, recovery, cache, all the restore options you can use in TWRP aka the full monty. based on Fulmics 4.2 ive used to restore beforehand)
Full reinstall of Resurrection Remix
Full reinstall of Fulmics
Reinstall of TWRP
Reinstall of MElina TWRP
Each and every reinstall and restore takes me promptly to TWRP just after the LG logo..
My question is, how do I fix this?
I have full access to both fastboot and recovery
Lgup and uppercut clean flash
Thanks do you know how I get Windows 10 to detect it as a LG handset not just ADB or Bootloader interface? LG USB drivers are installed.
It does recognize it as portable device. (probably MTP mode as I have full access to)
Edit 2: I discovered as soon as I plug in USB on the PC the phone boots up and into TWRP even if I've turned it off prior to that
So I thought locking the bootlooker was a good idea.. Apprently not as I now can't get past "Your device is corrupt" screen.
I can almost boot into bootloader until the last confirmation "delete userdata screen" after where it goes back to "your device is corrept" screen..
Can get into iMEI display screen - Never seen that one before
Power off your phone and when the screen turns black press and hold vol up and plug in your usb cable. Your pc must find your G6. Then download a stock rom and flash it with lgup and uppercut.

Ok guys i recently flash a stock kdz file using lg up and i'm not sure what happen and my device is like a brick, lg logo, no notification light, won't boot into os, power menu+down will get into factory reset but after reset the same exact thing and before i forgot to mention, it won't boot into download mode either, what it does it leave it for i don't know 10 20 minutes it will go into fastboot mode and i search in google i saw few post and videos and here's a list of videos or post that i've visited

and i was like hey they booted into fastboot, why not trying flash recovery, so i grab the latest twrp for d855 and run fastboot flash recovery, oops failed so i go with fastboot boot twrp.img instead and surprise surprise it booted into twrp so i wipe my system partition and my pc recognize the storage again so i copy twrp into storage and flash it using twrp and i restart into twrp and i decided to flash a custom rom i picked pixel experience and i flash it after that i reboot system and nothing happens just the lg logo again and no download mode too, this time i can get into twrp, i suddenly thinking, wait a second if system partition fked up, how bout the boot.img, so i download a ramdom d855 tot(HKG) variant and i extracted it using 7zip and i saw one interesting file:boot.img so i copy it to twrp and flash it and boom now i can get into download mode and flash my stock rom once again, hope this will help you out.
