I just updated to Oreo and was excited for dot notifications. A few HTC Core apps (Phone, Themes) display both a dot and a numeric badge. Any ideas how to get rid of the numeric badges?

Hello,
I have installed an upgraded task bar however the only icon that has not changed is the voicemail notification icon. I am stuck with the factory icon which is boring compared to the upgraded color icons I have now. Is there anyone that might know of an icon that I can download? Thanks for the help
I have successfully replicated the iOS statusbar onto my i9500, the only problem is whenever I have a notification and the text appears for it on the top of my status bar, everything moves up to let text be read except the clock which is right in the center...
Is there a way I can either make the clock move up along with everything else or to stop the notification text from appearing on my statusbar?
I'll add a picture of my status bar to hopefully give you a better visual image of what I'm trying to do.
Anyone who wants further details about how I replicated everything, I can share with you It's just a few Xposed modules and Nova Launcher along with a few icon packs.
I'm seeing this on all Lollipop devices. I know it is a Google API thing, where they are covering the left status icons (new messages, email, SMS, Hangout, etc.) with the carrier label. I want the carrier label gone (doable now) and those status icons visible (not doable that I've found).
I do not want to use heads up display, floatify, floatee, an alternate lock screen, or anything else. I just want to be able to see the status icons when I wake the phone. I would otherwise not know if there is a message or email waiting unless I unlock the screen.
There is an Xposed module that easily removes the carrier label, but it still does not show the status bar icons. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!
Is there any way to truly hide the notch? I mean that no icon should appear in the black bar and the entire status bar is shifted below the notch. I want this because due to dual sims and other persistent icons, I cannot see the network speed. Thanks in advance.
Even if you could Android 9.0 doesn't utilize the middle of the notification bar. I have a pixel and the notifications don't fill the middle like there is an invisible notch there.
Since getting the Pie update I have a single app called Transparent weather and clock, that when receiving an alert in the notification panel it shows a white panel and not black like the rest of my apps. Devs try telling me to look at my system settings or launcher settings, but am I crazy to thing... that if before the Pie update all my apps including the weather app were showing black notification panels and now after the update the only app to not be showing black is the weather app... then it must be the weather app with the issue? The only thing that's changed is that I needed a new theme since my old one wasn't working with Pie.
