Coming from OnePlus 5T 8GB/128GB, the XZ2's scrolling performance can be said smooth. However, there is subtle differences between them. I noticed OP5T scrolling distance is shorter than the XZ2 for the same amount of touch and drag input. This makes the OP5T seems to be slightly smoother. But overall I have no complain.

Nor even a year old but the scrolling and overall interface feels so jittery. Not like a low end processor but definitely not expected of this device. Thinking of upgrading.

It's decent. Browser windows do scroll a little more jittery on the dual screen, but it it nearly imperceptible, unless you are specifically focused on scrolling smoothness.

Solid 144hz Scrolling Speed
I've used the phone for a few days.
The scrolling speed of the phone is amazing as the 144hz paired with a pretty good processor, made the phone feel so smooth.
Just in the settings apps, the scrolling smoothness is amazing. Whatsapp/Telegram/Chrome or the like, its just as smooth.
Switching down the 90hz, its still pretty darn smooth. Switching from 144hz to 90hz, I didnt notice any glaring difference. I feel like the 90hz would be the best of both world in terms of scrolling smoothness and battery life

UI lag and screen stuck sometimes
It is smooth but sometimes i did notices small lags. Strange but true. But there will not be dissappointing lags. I believe the lags i mentioned will not consistent or stay even after os updates.

god awful.
lag everywhere. scrolling gives me nausea and headache. the one ui 3.0 improved it but the 120hz is just sooo bad. it barely spends any time at 120fps. it' s just mostly frame drops
