Can't find any news from anyone about Mokee suddenly appearing for the lithium.
Did they just confuse MiMax with MiMIX, as another famous ROM distribution did a few months ago?
I'm not willing to flash if it's the wrong device. Haha

It does indeed seem for the Mix.

It's for the MiMix , I did flash it to try it out and it seems pretty good !
The MiMax ROM has been there for several months

Nougat , and like @zizoty said it's similar to Lineage and RR ROMs but with less customizations , more like pure android

I wonder - the zip is one of the biggest I saw in AOSP-based custom roms: ~670Mb
In contrast, the LineageOS build is ~100Mb smaller @571Mb & even RR is ~565Mb.
There was a mention of MoKee running background data collection in one of the nogapps telegram threads, but didn't investigate to give credit to this info.

Testing here. Double tap to wake up not working. Come with some useless apps. Dont like. RR ftw.

Only the price for fast full and incremental updates too high (11.33$).
Download in the Mokee Center is very slow.-> Via a browser, download is faster.
Only donations minimum 5$ possible..

Terrible. They released the phone on lollipop last year only to update it to 6.0 and now no Nougat update. Knew it back then when they released it with lollipop on 2016.

Never mind xiaomi. No one wants to use their ****ty miui anyway. There are devs with a great knowledge for kenzo in custom rom development

MIUI is bloated but I think it's optimised. Stock apps run faster in MIUI as compared to custom ROMs. I am using a custom ROM though.

Well, everyone has their own idea. According to me, custom roms performs the best.

What stock apps? Example? I have two devices with me, RN4 on MIUI and RN3 on LOS, can create a video to compare. I'm waiting for stable roms to flash on RN4 (current custom roms are still buggy) and I will completely forget about the crappy MIUI.

nope. i experience signal fluctuations when connected to WIFI.

It's a chinese company so it was to be expected, don't act all surprised. The only reason I bought this phone is because it has a large custom ROM community so I don't have to rely on the manufacturer to update my phone. In fact, Lineage OS is better than MIUI could ever hope to be, I've been running Nougat since January and I'm sure we'll get Android O LOS so who cares about Xiaomi and MIUI.

Custom ROM are ok but I need MIUI because of auto power on/off function that custom ROM doesn't have.

yes installation of apps,loading times of games like asphalt 8 and others are wayyy faster in custom nougat roms

If no Nougat. I gonna move for others brands. Good bye Xiaomi and redmi note 3

Looks like fake news. Seems it's only about stats on already updated ones. Also check http://en.miui.com/thread-679299-1-1.html
It says "The image above was shared on MIUI's Weibo to update users about which Mi devices have updated based on Android N. Some tech sites reported that it's the list of eligible devices for MIUI 9. It's fake news as well. Most of them are click baits and you should be aware of it."

We may still get Nougat and this isn't about devices getting Nougat anyway, it's about devices with Nougat already.
I so gave a go at translating with Google translate and it shows in the 7.1 section that the Mi6 is there, that already has Android 7.1 so it is definitely a list of devices with Android N already

There are viper,nitrogen, aex,rr,purenexus,aosip,bliss,cirtus and plenty of beast rom s out there.And right now using viper os.Miui will never catch the speed of this rom.pretty happy with this super stable rom

There is no Russian language, there is no Russian region either. In general, a very nice firmware.

I have a problem on my Sim card .
It sometime shows No SIM Card but I put my Sim card in it. Then a few seconds later, The Sim card back on ,than if you want to make a call ,the problem appear again. So please let the developer know this because I love this ROM and I don't wanna switch to another ROM . The rest of the ROM runs smoothly. Thank you bring us to a such a great ROM. Thank you.(If you need screenshot please let me know)

Can anyone tell if it still happens? An is it common problem for this rom? I would like to test it but I have to use phone on daily basis in work and can not let someone not connect with me. So I have to be sure.

Err it's a big issue but I had already tell the original developer and he tell me the nought version of this ROM will come out soon and it already solve the problem.

And hopefully soon there will be a fresh AOSP with working RIL :fingers-crossed:
If it's ready the best in Town will be probably Resurrection Remix OS for S8 based on Lineage OS for S8...
So there will be a future for this phone :good:

I saw some posting that the ROMs based on Lineage, have many defects, is this true?
I'm looking for a ROM, simple, that prolongs the maximum battery life, and free me permanently from RMM STATE. Well I was released from it, I installed .ZIP BlackMesa, but even so after reinstalling the ROM STOCK I received a new RMM STATE PRE NORMAL.

Right now RIL (SIM card related stuff) is not working - so no daily driver for now. But some dev's are working hard (big up! :good to get things functional. Time will tell
For your RMM STATE stuff check this one out: droid views.com/prevent-rmm-state-lock-on-samsung-devices/ (Proudly censored by XDA )

At this point, probably not. You'll likely need to have a custom recovery, and a modified zip of the Chinese rom (not sure if the original rom would flash or have any issues).

Really?luckily i get the global one?maybe CN rom not stable?

I had both in hands and kept global, CN is more STABLE and frequently updated more often, CN is better smoother and faster when I compared both phones while turning on cn was much faster also fingerprint works better and faster on CN, more free ram about 5.7GB compared to global 4.7GB, however play services, google play wont work properly at least now so I still preffer global, much less hastle with compatibility issues

i am also trying to go fo China ROM. I am using Global ROM currently, which is 'empty' and not interesting at all. No screen recorder, no other features like was available in Helo or BS1 China ROM... Anyone has link to CN ROM please update

No, not stable. I used BS2 for 4 days, during which time I had to restart 11 times. google play services stop regularly; when the screen is active, the BS logo start illuminating before if the system thinks it wants to be lit now because it is not always lit

I am on the CN Rom, but I can't tet OK Google to work unless it is from the Google App itself. Any ideas?
