You'll have to port MIUI for your device. Alternatively you can search in forums and Facebook groups for one. I think it'd be fun to have MIUI for our beloved moto G4 plus ?
Hello everyone as I am user of Redmi Note Prime Gucci version and now I am fully disappointed with Xiaomi pathetic service,
but as I know there are developers out there who port awesome roms and as I am seeing CM14 for other variants so anyone who can port for Gucci too. It would really helpful and I am ready to donate to developer too.

I've seen few days ago a new that has shown up about Xiaomi releasing official firmware source code for Xiaomi Mi Max 2!
This is really great news and I hope that there will be ROM porters soon!
Beside this I have seen that ported LOS by @xuefer thread is locked due to not complying with GPL but maybe he is interested into continuing his work on LOS?
I love device but I hoped for a bit more development. It really ticks many points in terms of hardware.

no worries, development is slowly but surely starting now we have RR, LOS, AOKP, Mokee OSP for AOSP based roms already, so thats nice plus a ton of MIUI based custom roms. im sure it will only get better from here on out!
