Hi! I can't install any language, i've tried morelocale and can't install 100% portuguese. How can I install full language?
If I install a rom it will have all the languages?

If you know the ROM perhaps there's a language file for it.
If not than you have to install a ROM with your chosen language.

Nope. As far as I know, you need to flash a Portuguese rom. Or become a chef and translate the rom yourself.
