my college doesn't allow me to add more than 2 Mac addresses for a single user. I have 3 devices.
Googling "android change mac address" gives to you tons of guides. There are also some apps on Play store that did the trick for rooted devices.

Have you tried this guide? Giving command with a terminal, even if it fails gives some hint on the reason of the problem.

I notice the status for the atrix 4g ics build is on "Development" so is probably a great idea to search the servers. sometimes you may be able to find some goodies. an alpha with a new kernel would be priceless. it would mean new drivers.
though:
the test servers are really easy to spoof. simply changing a few things on your build prop and the test servers will give you stuff for that device. it be really interesting to see if someone could spoof the servers into thinking the device login in for update is the new atrix hd. i personally see no hope for an unlocked bootloader that way, but you never know. last time motorola said "we are working on a solution", it was sitting on that server.

Cheesecake tutorial:
Wipe > Skip Blur > Install App from SD card > Change Server > Setup Blur and Check Updates
You can also change server manually at
/system/etc/motorola/com.motorola.blur.service.blur/defaults.xml
it may help if you want to check servers like master-qa200.blurdev.com

Just got a stock Atrix. Now rooted and ready to find some cheesecakes! Will install the files and start tonight.
Two questions:
Since moto hasn't yet decided if ICS will be deployed outside the US, is there any point searching international servers?
Also, on the original Project Cheesecake thread (Link), I only saw two servers listed as having AT&T files (master-qa2.blurdev.com and master-qa3.blurdev.com). Is that still correct? If not can some post all the AT&T servers?

I, personally, have only had luck finding something on QA3, which is presently down.
If I am lucky enough to find something, would it only be an update for the Atrix (i.e. ICS), or are other files possible?
Good to see ya back here Sam...

Whenever I click Change Server it just says Should be Good. Am I doing something wrong?
Edit:
Got it. App needed su permission.
Now when I select server, Check Updates, then try to create a blur account blur setup FCs. Will play some more.
Edit2:
Couldn't get the app to work, so went to manual. No matter which server I check, or even if I enter total gibberish, I won't get an error. Is that normal?

I think that you need to be in a total stock blur rom for this to work. You need a fruitcake.

Use this one and this one, it's unmodified(even not rooted) 4.5.141 system.img and boot.img.
its very important that you also have a stock kernel. att_1.8.3 (froyo) is the best way to use this method.
I am trying this on a stock 4.5.141 phone (only rooted).
For the app I did a factory reset, skipped blur, downloaded and installed su from the app store, installed the cheesecake app, opened the app then tapped the first button and granted su permission. When I tap the second button there is only one server in the list. When I tap the third button I am prompted the create a blur account. I try this and get FC. I will try again.
Any thoughts as to why I can't get an error when trying manually (editing default.xml)? Whether I type in a real server or nonsense, it just tells me my system is up to date.
Thanks guys.

Hi guys!
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 rooted. I'm not able to change its mac address by using Mac Changer from Google Play. I was able to change it using my latest phone, a Samsung Galaxy S4. The app says couldn't change mac address using hard change. If I try to use simple change it says changed but didn't change as well.
I've read many topics about it, there're few solutions to change it but neither of them have solved my problem.
Before you ask me, I need to change its mac address because I can't connect to my company's wifi using the stock one.
Can somebody help me?
Have you tried any other software ? Did you give the mac changer superuser permissions ? Ill help to troubleshoot.

is that the wifi mac changer in playstore by Osama Abukmail? neither simple or hard is not working for me. I was able to change it twice and then after some updates (not mac changer), it totally does not work anymore.
could you give me the details of your device? I also saw a good one but stilll, it does not work on my device.
i saw another app and i think this is much better if you manage to make it work on your device.
its free and gives you the option to save profile that wifi mac changer does not provide if your version is not premium
[Update]
Im still working on my way to use Wifi Mac Changer by Osama Abukmail. Also now its totally FREE! Anyone can use all the features already.
But with this update when I do Hard change, its turning on and off my wifi twice. Still does'nt work for me. Anyone here having the same issue?

If you guys want to try the latest feature of Android 7.1 I.e. The google assistant on your One plus Device so well now you Can.
Prerequisites:- Your phone running android 7.0
Latest google app 6.6.x.x (worked for me.)
Build.prop editor.(better use es FM)
Procedure: 1.Open Es FM
2.Grant all the root permissions and note that the system is set on r/w mode.
3.Go to root.
4.Open System----->Build.prop
5.Edit ro.product.model=Pixel XL and add the line below the model one.
ro.opa.eligible_device=true
(SEE ATTACHMENTS IF CONFUSING)
You r good to go now...Just go and install the latest google app from apk mirror and then clear the data of google app once...Reboot your device.
And voila you now have google assistant on your device.
Thanks to senior member @xda brianelv for this trick.
Thanks man! It's working great
Everything of Google Assistant works fine but...
I can't use the "OK GOOGLE", it doesnt store the voice and asks me every time to say " OK GGOGLE" thrice. Any way to fix it? I am on AICP Nougat ROM . Do anyone have the same problem? If no , tell me. Thanks!

Did you try to add a new wifi network to your list, to see if the new one will be hashed?
Because on marshmallow only the new passwords that you put in after editing the build.prop were not hashed and the old ones were still hashed.
