thats normal my friend,
and dont use the CM9 yet unless you are a developer since nothing works yet on that build,

If it stuck on galaxy y logo than ur phone is bricked. Try to go recovery mode if can't boot into recovery than flash it via odin.

evri mob vl cunect to odin bro.first u havt to switch off mob n enter into download mode by pressing downvol button + middle but+switch off button.then soon after the screen lights up press d vol up button then it enters download mode den open odin in pc n cunect dis mob to pc n there after follow the instructions their in d odin flashing tutorial thread.

To flash, extract the 'part1' file to a SD card as /dload then insert into a powered off device with plenty of battery and NO USB CABLE ATTACHED. Power on with both volume buttons held and allow the flash to complete. Repeat the process with the 'part2' directory afterwards.

Or you try the HUAWEI extraction tool to extract IMG files and flash them from fastboot.

Today I am going to share An easy tutorial to unlock bootloader and install TWRP safely without any data loss.
Requirement
1- redmi note 3
2-PC/laptop
3-common sense
(any rom version will do.will work on stable , china,dev)
*(no need to apply unlock permission)

so lets start. First you need to download 2 .rar file from this link https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B8DMm7V05fstSVVyb2YyemxMQVk
Disable driver signature on pc/laptop
Extract both zips
Install mi flash tool from miflash with edl folder
now bring your phone in action and turn on oem unlock from developer optipn(tap miui version 7 time and find developer option in additional option)
sign out of your mi account
Now start your phone in fastboot method (power button and volume down button simultaneously)
Open miflashfolder on pc and click on edl and you will show your phone 's red led blinking ,which shows your phone is in edl mode.
Now open mi flash tool which you installed .
Click on select and locate TWRP folder . now click refresh and you will see your device detected.just hit flash .
It will be completed very soon.
Now don't unplug your phone or anything just press volume up and power down button at same time and you will see your phone booting into TWRP. Now you can unplug and reeboot your phone.
To change language look up somewhere i cant upload right now.

no .. you don't have to and you can do it any rom version(stable ,dev,china) . enjoy

Just got the link of this ROM . It's maybe stable version . Try with nandriod backup.

Again not booting, only ADB recognized.

just tried getting error 7 issue.
also tried with
boot into twrp
advanced/filemanager/system/bin/device_check.sh
there is no folder name device_check.sh
this is third time getting fool to find OREO ROM for MIDO.

Blank screen with no recovery but fast boot kinda works

Was trying to intsall twrp in 6gb edition, but it was booting to stock recovery.
While doing some tinkering the data parition was wiped. So installed the fastboot rom it flashes but goes blank screen without recovery. Lock screens can be heard,
Anyway to restore or install stock rom
USB debugging is not there.

Flash another recovery version. Flash twice it works. Pls download from any other link. Mee to face this problem . try download from another source or link

Check on aex 9.0 pie 6 or 7 page u may get the link of recovery

I flashed "WW_ZB601KL_14.2016.1802.247_20180419_AFT" no luck, stuck on same blank screen man! Mine is the 6GB Variant BTW

after update 327 or above ota... doesn't work fastboot flash ,twrp , anything.. beware!!! if you do got blank screen.
