Can't Access Recovery Mode after Flashing Nougat > Oreo [SOLVED| - Nexus 6P Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

EDIT: SOLVED https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=75635627&postcount=6241
Hi guys.
I have followed step 10 from this guide after my phone was running Android 7.0 (Rooted/SuperSU) with TWRP installed.
When I follow the instructions to flash Android Oreo to my Nexus 6P the phone is stuck in the boot animation. When I enter 'Recovery Mode' the screen keeps flashing from 'No Command' to black (like blinking). Holding the power button down and the volume key up does nothing.
The bootloader is unlocked and I can still access the bootloader menu. Can anyone help?
Will selecting the "Factory' option do anything in the bootloader?

[Q] Problem when attempting to flash TWRP

Hello,
I rooted my phone with no issues. Then when preparing to get TWRP on my phone I was setting up ADB via this tutorial
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XslKnEE4Qo8
and got the phone to be recognized as device in the cmd window, but when doing the adb reboot bootloader step, the phone just reboots to vzw logo and then the home screen. After being stuck at that step I tried this method http://androidfannetwork.com/2013/09/18/twrp-recovery-available-for-lg-g2-att-and-verizon/ using flashify but after flashing and hitting the reboot button my phone wouldn't turn on and thought I bricked it until I waited a few and then had to hold the power button down for 15 seconds and it turned on. But now I can't get to the white screen reset menu (Stock recovery menu?) using the power+vol down method. Is my stock recovery borked? Any tips on how to get twrp on my phone, hoping it installs over the broken stock recovery. Thanks in advance for reading this.

[Q] Oppo Find 5 Bricked?

Hello, I recently gotten the WCDMA Oppo Find 5 ( X909) And it came rooted. I flashed OmniRom and the prompt: "Touchscreen Firmware Update in Progress - Please Wait..." and remained for 2 hours. I figured the flashing process screwed up so i tried to enter bootloader and it didnt work. The OPPO logo just shows on the screen and will not boot into recovery or bootloader. Nor can I use fastboot or ADB. As far as i can tell there is no public recovery tool for the Find 5. Any suggestions?
If you could flash the ROM, then a recovery must be available.
Try to keep the power button more than 10 seconds.
This is then a soft reset.
After that you should be able to boot into recovery while holding volume minus an power at the same time.

Nexus 4 only shows black screen after installing twrp

Hello there,
i am trying to install lineageos onto my old nexus 4. so far i used the offical installation instructions.
i go into fastboot with volume down + power
it says: secure boot - enabled and lock state - unlocked at the bottom of the screen
then i use fastboot flash recovery twrp-3.2.3-0-mako.img to flash recovery.
then i use the volume down button to select "recovery mode" and press the power button to confirm it.

Help with TWRP

So I had TWRP on my Moto G5 Plus, with Magisk, I tried to flash a custom ROM in it but got a soft brick, i managed to unbrick it. When i tried to install Magisk again, whenever i booted into Recovery Mode I only got a "No Command" screen. My question is: Can I flash TWRP again with no worries? Thanks a lot. (I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, so if not, sorry)
Speaking from experience It should be safe to install twrp again. I have bricked and then unbricked my phone three times. Each time I unbricked my phone I was able to flash twrp again without a problem.
When entering recovery mode ignore the see the "No Command" screen. When you reach the "No Command" screen press the power button and press the volume up button to access the recovery mode screen.

Recovery mode boots to no command

A bit of history on this device (Galaxy a3 2017 A320FL)
I rooted the phone, it got FRP locked so later I tried Lineage OS. Didn't like it so I went back to Stock firmware.
It's working fine but when accessing the recovery mode via power off + volume up + home it boots to the "installing system update" screen that shortly after turns into a "no command" screen. Long pressing those three buttons again I get into the real recovery mode.
I already tried flashing the stock recovery image from here https://desktop.firmware.mobi/device:1680/firmware:20213/download/recovery.tar.md5/landing but the recovery mode keeps acting weirdly.
Any suggestions?
