- If you not have partitioned your SD card, you can remove the 40int2ext script, from the following:

Thanx, what about the Sim Toolkit?

Nice, liking it so far, couple of things.
1. What's the point of having the ICS Camera if panorama doesn't work?
2. Activating swap doesn't activate, switches back to Deactivated.
3. RAM CAN jump high even though not much is happening (RAM jumped to 227MB with music, su, terminal, play store)

create a swap partition (if the sd card no swap partition)
activate the swap:
install A2sd gui from market
open A2sd gui-select swap is activated - set swappiness 40.50 or 60

It's because I've Disabled them, TimeScape widget gives all the info in one place, so why need other Ram consuming widgets ?
3.once in a Bluemoon the one of TimeScape features [probably call related] will give Force close Error ,
but just ignore it as it won't cause any system stability nor affect the Timescape . ​

SD-EXT partition (/dev/block/mmcblk0p2) on phone's memory card is mounted as /data
instead of original internal data partition(stl13).

It will take 2-3 minutes for the Rom to Start Initially.
Re-Boot to recovery .

Brightness modes in Widget Buttons doesn't seem to work.

Answer:
Which kernel did you choose During Installation ?
If you choose swap All , then it needs Ext-4 partition ion your Sd-card.
If you don't want to make Ext-4 Partition then select Fire during installation .
Lastly, check the version of recovery that you are using , We have found that the most compatible & reliable version is touch recovery beta... This can be found via it's thread on XDA SGA dev pages.
Q.Can I Install CronMod or Amarulzz or App2Sd or Link2Sd Scripts on this Rom ?

YES and NO !!!
YES if you have selected "FIRE" in installation process [Kernel Selection] .
NO if you have selected "SWAP ALL" installation process [Kernel Selection] , Because Memory Expansion has been Enabled by Default in Swap All , any other Scripts will cause Instability in System ,which may Result in Loss of Data
Q. I can't do backup (nandroid backup) via Recovery OR I can't wipe dalvik cache ?
Answer
This Issue is only there if you select Swap All during installation process [Kernel Selection].
Wiping of Dalvik Cache Issue cannot be done through recovery option , as the Internal Memory was the Place where Dalvik Cache used to Ideally get Stored before... But here in this Rom Internal Memory is used for the SWAP (RAM Extension)... So you have to use Special Flash-able ZIP to do Data Format and Dalvik Wipe [HERE].
For creating a nandroid for this rom , First you will have to Format Data and then perform Backup .
You can also use Titanium to do a complete rom backup & then restore via the same... This has been Tested and works great for me with this Rom.
Some Symbols or some language is not present in Keyboard ?
Answer:
Install the KeyboardFIX from Download section .
When the screen gets off [sleep mode], the music is jerky/distorted ?
Answer:
There are many Filters in it and I've Highly Optimized them to work with the 2 players that I've supplied with the Rom .
But still if you want to use other players then Go to Cyanogen Settings > Performance > Cpu settings (or something similar , i don't exactly remember the path ) > Set the Minimum Frequency to a little higher value , then again check if the problem persists , there will come a Time when there would be No Distortion in music even after screen off . .
Can I use xyz Script for Performance ?
Answer:
NO!
Performance has been optimized to the Fullest , flashing any other Script will conflict them and may cause System Instability .
Status Bar/ Status Bar icons doesn't load after Re-Boot ?
Answer:
Just start the "Terminal Emulator" app and everything will appear.
How to get delivery reports for SMS ?
Answer:

If you need help
Most of the times a dumpfile is helpful, sometimes screenshots showing your observations may help as well.
Before posting a dump please make sure that the references for kernel wakelocks and alarms were processed correctly. Reading a dump takes a few minutes and it would be great if you could not waste the time of whowver studies in, aiming at helping you.
Generally a dump "since unplugged" is better than "since charged". When you start your analysis make sure to follow following procedure:
- plug/unplug the charger
- leave the phone alone 1-4 hours( preferred to get a dump over night)
- save a dump and check that the chapters "Kernel wakelocks" and "alarms" (if you have root) are populated
- Post the dump as attachement

I already flashed dn5 0.4.1. Is it still okay to flash the edge glow? And is it okay to installxposed using twrp recovery? I saw on other thread that I need to use CWM

1) yes it is safe to install xposed on this rom that i linked above...first install xposed v3.0 alpha4 apk and reboot twrp and install xposed framework
2) u can install edge glow as long u are on suemax kernal

& about the Kernel
I have used Suemax Kernel for Glow Edge Feature but it gives me less benchmark as compared to stock kernel of Electron Team.
I know the kernel is better but I don't know why it doesn't perform better on my device

2) Suemax kernal - custom kernel can provide improvements, extra features, specialization, and extreme configurability.
Developers can even add some additional features from other kernels that don’t officially exist for your device.
You can control the minimum and maximum frequencies that the CPU can scale up or down to, You can configure the I/O scheduler that is used and lots of other stuff.

I never yet try tweaking kernal on suemax kernal...but i can give a example what done on my note 2 n7100 using agni kernal
Device stock dn4 note 2
- Cpu 1.6ghz(1600mhz) x 4 core
Agni kernal tweak
- 1.8ghz(1800mhz)
- cpu voltage -20mv
- volume +65
You need to google it

I did not even use the word recommend...that was only a example...and i did say google it

Use 2 sim + 1 Micro SD card at the same time​
Is not that hard and will be easy for less experienced hobbyists
So here we go : (pictures are bellow)
--Micro-SIM heated above a under cup of HOT coffee or HOT tea or HARIRA for a few seconds until the plastic was soft.
--gently bent down the soft plastic then and slide the gold-plated part(chip with contact plate). This part bend in any case! Now you have a MICRONANO-SIM (still smaller than Nano-SIM).
--Super Glue MICRONANO SIM on the SD card.the sim card will be a little over the edge of the SD card, as the drawer of the phones it has a recess. (SIM is 90 degrees rotated to the SD card inserted) Had me the exact position of the SIM previously penciled in pencil on the SD card. Recommendation: During the gluing, cover the terminals of the SD card with tape to prevent superglue boils.

If you have TWRP recovery just flash xposed files through it

I get error because it's a wrong android version, I have 5.1 and the file is for 5.0 version

Root genius does not work at all for rooting the global stable rom

Quick query - I just got the phone, and I have the global 7.1.7.0 version. So if I want to switch to the developer ROM, I just have to download the updater file, choose the package from the updater section in settings and just flash it? No need for root or bootloader unlocking?

I can't get te screenshot because I remove it.
But it's logic, the Xposed files that you uploaded are for Redmi Note 3 Hennesy (MTK) not Kenzo (SD) because MTK uses MIUI 7 based on 5.0.1 and SD uses MIUI 7 based on android 5.1.0.
SDK21 is for Android 5.0.1 and SDK22 is for Android 5.1.0 You known what I mean?

I downloaded it from here and it works (look at "*MIUI 6/7 BASED ON Android 5.1.X only" section, 64-bit processor)

The unlocking method with the Dev ROM doesn't work for me It still says that "Your device isn't supported by Mi Unlock"

Weird !!! I unlocked it same as the guide !!
make sure you connect phone to MI account and phone number
If not working you are from the bad uck guys and YOU HAVE to apply for unlock permission here en.miui.com/unlock !!! and wait until you have confirmation SMS with password to unlock
After you get permission to unlock try again

But it's logic, the Xposed files that you uploaded are for Redmi Note 3 Hennesy (MTK) not Kenzo (SD) because MTK uses MIUI 7 based on 5.0.1 and SD uses MIUI 7 based on android 5.1.0.
SDK21 is for Android 5.0.1 and SDK22 is for Android 5.1.0 You known what I mean?

Firstly, thank you very much for creating this thread for the Redmi Note 3 PRO.
Second, please check the information in your OP. The China DEV ROM 6.3.17 does indeed have ROOT - you just need to enable it from the Security/Permissions App. This will download and install an update providing native root access. It's not quite as useful as SuperSU but it does work.
Please check your instructions for loading TWRP because this method (which was originally posted by @feds64 on Mi Forums) does not result in a permanent TWRP installation. (TWRP disappears after reboot). This is all explained in thread on MI forums, and the only way to get it to work is to flash a cracked boot.img.
Without a lasting TWRP (or with stock recovery only) things like Flashify just won't work. So we can't use Flashify to flash Xposed without TWRP. And if you have TWRP, then Flashify is not necessary.
Anyway, look forward to more info here.

TWRP is not necessary to flash xposed as i provided FLASHFIRE APP in OP to flash anything without TWRP
but i will update OP with cracked BOOT.img making TWRP Permanent.cheers

Flashfire requires SuperSU (doesn't seem to work with native root).
And TWRP is required to install SuperSU

@_ossie_ Anyway, I have uploaded a link together with the crack.img meant for 7.1.20.0 & 6.3.17 which will make it permanent.
