Can I flash official ROM in fastboot mode?

My PC can not detect Legend after I rooted the legend. Now, I wanna flash the rom.zip which catch from official ROM.
Can I flash it in fastboot mode?
Please give me the steps.

[Q] Stock recovery (NoCWM)

I've search the forums and couldn't find what I'm looking for.
what I want to do is restore my LG GT540 bac to 2.1 so that I won't have fastboot or CWM recovery.
is this possoble?

You can use cwm to recover and boot into fastboot. Now you flash boot appsboot.mbn of official ROM (kdz file). It is safe than kdz update. Sorry for bad English.

or flash any 2.1 stock rom and use mur4iks bootloader builder to remove recovery and fastboot

I have tried that but it doesn't remove recovery but its meant to remove fastboot but it didn't worm for me.

@up so what does it remove? if only fastboot and not recovery then erase recovery first then use this to remove fastboot. problem solved??

Technically, i read in that app's thread someone went back to stock to use the warantee

flashing via fastboot.

Need to roll back from Nougat to Marshmallow and not entirely sure how to flash the revolution recovery via fastboot. Help is appreciated

Download stock recovery image, th falsh it with fastboot: fastboot flash recovery stock_recovery.img

Is there a way to do it through TWRP?
Where can I find the file?

Hi, you cant flash under TWRP you need stock recovery to do that. You can get stock recovery from the Zip of the rom 4.06 and flash it by fastboot
Unlock Bootloader: fastboot oem nubia_unlock NUBIA_NX563J
Flash recovery: fastboot flash recovery recovery.img

I've flashed stock recovery through TWRP, but now the update stops at 25% and reboots the phone.
Any thoughts?
If the 4.06 is the whole rom and not just the update it might work.
The update file has about 250mb.

You don't have to flash stock recovery first. The phone actually has two recoveries onboard even if you flashed TWRP.
Power off the phone.
Boot the phone with power and volume down buttons simultaneously.
Select emergency recovery with the volume up down buttons.
Press the power button and the phone will boot into emergency recovery.
Now you are able to flash a stock ROM.
Obviously after that you will loose TWRP which will be replaced again with the stock recovery.
