This app is simply amazing so i thought id share it, i found it on a gala s forum but it works fine. Note this is root only as you have to flash in recovery.
Some features:

Album art finder
File size designator: you can choose what size files are considered "music"

Nice player. Missing lot of options ( lockscreen control/headset control/etc.,) . But works great.

My phone is running a HD ROM, can i use your APP?

You can remove it from system app using root explorer or a similar file browser if u have s–off

hi to all.
A simple request.
I have installed this player but, after I installing the honeycomb music player, I have removed it.
But a strange thing happen while I searching upgrade with AppTrack.
I recived a "upgrade" for the Miui even I have removed it.
Where can I see if there are trash files of this player?

You need to use English otherwise the app will be in Chinese. At least I had to change from Danish to English.

I used Root Explorer (I'm s-off) but if you're not then you can use adb from recovery.

This is my rom for the z1 2.5 official firmware based (because i think it's much better for battery life than 3.0)

Removed wechat
Removed Chinese Assistant
Added flitkeyboard
Added App installer
Added AOSP browser
Added AOSP calculator
Added SwitchKeyboard
Added Small inverted Gapps
Replaced stock bootanimation
Added Apps-Storage-Battery options to Settings.apk
Lightened the rom only around 80mb
INSTALLATION (FROM 3.0 you can't you have to use restore tool before):
Download the file
Rename it to update.zip
Put in the watch
Factory reset
Finally go to Settings/About/Firmware upgrade

Looks interesting. I know I can always delete myself...but many people on here request the removal of the sleep and health apps in addition to the aforementioned. Also, due to it's lack of cities, many don't care about the weather app...BUT this will affect the watch faces. I would like to know if there is a way that we can change weather providers or add cities to the stock app?

[Q] [BLOAT/REMOVAL] Apps reinstall on reboot?

Hi there, I'm a noob and this is my first meeting.
I recently got a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and rooted it , installed superSU and busybox(free). Then I tried to uninstall sojem apps using a app called "ystem App Remover (ROOT)" [asa new user I can not post a link to google play for you.. seatrch it it should come up)
Anyway, I am having some problems.. like I want to remove Hangouts and Evernote for example.. and they uninstall fine.. but when I reboot the phone they automatically reinstall form the internet. Any ideas?

Sounds strange, I don't have this problem.
I personally use this app to remove the bloatware: SystemCleanup
If that doesn't help, you can try to disable it? (not to remove).

I find this to be the easiest way to remove bloatware, with root explorer. I can copy them somewhere as a backup and remove them manually.

Check your Playstore settings. It shouldn't make a difference, but it happened to me once on my Note 2 after installing a new ROM. Settings>auto update apps. Check "do not auto update".

this thread is a friendly reminder how to activate 'multiple windows' on your Elephone P9000.
Most of you know how to achieve it, but there are still some guys out there who are clueless.

First of all:

2. Now you download as example 'Root explorer' https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.speedsoftware.rootexplorer&hl=de (links of cracks wont be supported)
3 .Now navigate to "System"

4. Click on build.prop and open it with your favorite text Editor (included one is more than enough)
5. Now add this to your last line; persist.sys.debug.multi_window=true
6. Afterwards save it, restart your phone and voila )))

Its also enabled in Eragon 2.8 ROM, afaik its not possible to root Stock 31052016 with the known method, so no chance to use that tutorial at the moment.
I tested the feature and its funny to play around with, but i do not think i will use it very often: Even on the "big" P9000 5,5 inch screen the splitted apps are very small and hard to use.

Haven't rooted yet. I really miss multi-window from my S4, YouTube video running at the bottom and reddit at the top for me to read through. The UI on this split screen looks worse though, no divider, no focus (it seems).

I see people keep asking how to get G Apps on MIUI, and most answers I find lacking so here is (I Hope) an easy walkthrough:
First go to the additional settings:

Second click on privacy:
Third click the unknown sources:
Fourth go to the default tools folder and click on download:
Fifth turn off Xunlei download engine and set downloading to Unlimited (i know it says mobile data but i couldn't get the install to work without this step).
Sixth find the MI app store icon, mine was in the tools folder, launch the mi app store:
Seventh type in google in the search bar you should get the below screenshot. click the secone one (green one)
Eighth you should see the below screenshot result.
Ninth you should see the below icon installed
Tenth you will see the below screenshot, click the big blue button.
this is not a click and forget install, it will install 6 things but the installs are on you and pop up , each time one pops up click install and then click done once it completes.
Eleventh step: find the security app, click permissions. find the below circled apps and give them most of the permissions.
And then lauch the Google Playstore, by clicking on the playstore icon. I hope this helps. please PM me, if you see an error or post if you have a question. I will try to answer asap.

Yeah I have tried several different ways of getting GApps on a miui rom, I have had better success with the way I described, but if it works for you great its the same process but, i just have more screenshots
