A little problem with navigation bar buttons - LeEco Le Pro3 Questions & Answers

I got my Le Pro 3 just today (x720) and it has a little defect. Navigation bar buttons are working fine, but when trying to press upper part of these buttons (space between buttons and black border) the notification center opens up. It doesn't do that every time, but enough to notice it. It's a little annoying and I'm concerned about it. In the same way when I'm in the apps list and pressing at that space between buttons and black border it opens some app which is now at the top of that list, calculator for example.
Is there a way to fix it without replacing anything? And if it's hardware problem - what part should I buy to replace?
I've circled out a zone which triggers this defect.

Have you tried factory resetting to see if the behaviour persists? Might be a touchscreen issue if it happens even after a reset. Record the issue and show it to the shop you bought it from.

Click to collapse
A possible cause is a loose connection between the d-pad and the screen. That's the one that has to be absolutely level and neither over nor under tightened - also insidentally a connection often associated with white screen problems somewhat worse than yours:
Connection seen here held by two screws.

Removing dock off HD2???

I dont know if im posting this in the correct place, im new the site and new to my HD2 (which i love). My question is.....Is there any way, or any rom, that removes the dock ( at the bottom of the screen where the start ,phone and menu button is) but keeps the home screen tabs???
Max Manila does this and more give it a look.
One of my last screen shots. With tabs and bottom bar collapsed ,fullscreen mode to remove bottom bar. If you hit the middle button the tabs will come up. If you tap the left button the bottom bar will appear for a short time.

Just what i was looking for. Thank you!
How about, "non-sense" fullscreen
a cab to just remove top and bottom taskbars.

Hmm why don't you remove and reinstall Google keyboard to see if that helps or install another keyboard and see if it happens
I tries that too. Flashes another ROM an tries some different keyboards with no luck
I think then it's your digitizer that's the issue....
I think so too. Called CS for at&t and I have a new phone headed out. Should I unroot before send ing it back?

What bugs have you noticed after updating to v10b

Just updated last night and I found one.
When playing full screen games like clash of clans when you swipe to make the navigation buttons appear, the bar will appear but there are no buttons. They are still there though, just invisible. You can still guess where they are and press to go to home or running apps.
Actually...I was wrong from the 4 buttons I usually have, on some apps, they will only have 2. And they somehow became really small and on top of each other instead of side by side
Clicking the top and bottom part of the navigation still works. If you look at the image the navigation bar is to the right...it's normally 4 icons side by side.

Just to update. I'm not sure what happened but it seemed to have fixed itself. After about 3 days of that weird full screen navigation bar, its now back to normal.

S8 Stuck on "You're using full screen mode", swiping up does nothing

Just got an S8. When I go full screen, I get this overlay. I can't get rid of it. Nothing wrong with my touchscreen, swiping up works everywhere else, just not in full screen mode.

You're using full screen mode. The home, back and recents buttons are hidden to minimize visual distractions and to prevent you from leaving the app accidentally.
However you're holding your phone the buttons will always be located next to the charging port. When your phone is rotated counterclockwise, swipe left from the edge of the screen as shown by the arrow.
