Problem with Google Play Store - OnePlus 5 Questions & Answers

For more then 3 weeks now Im having a problem with GPS (google play store).
Im using XXX version 9.6 and in that version there was added support for xposed.
Ive did a clean flash and afterward GPS didnt open at all. Ive re install the rom without the xposed support. This time GPS open but no new updates are been shown and when I click on the ¨installed" tab no apps are shown.
Ive tried reinstall the flash again, updating the GPS and the Plat services, delete cache and data and to remove my account and add it again but nothing works.

[Q][HELP] Google Play Services keeps crashing - logcat attached

Hello all
My Google Play Services is constantly crashing and as a result I cannot use the phone unless I disable Google Play Services from the Application Manager. Other applications are crashing too but not as constantly as the Play Services.
Things I have done:
- Searched XDA and the internet for solutions
- Wiped data for Download manager, Google Play Services. Google Play Store and Google Services Framework.
- Uninstalled the Google Play Services update
- Installed apk for different versions of Google Play Services
- Deleted Phone Cache from recovery
- Flashed different firmwares (With and without a pit file)
- Rooted my phone
- Deleted Dalvik Cache
- Flashed different kernels
- Installed different ROMs
- Unrooted and returned to stock firmware
I have captured logcat logs and the exception that I always get as a result of the crash is always NoClassDefFoundError - See attached logcat file
The phone is a Samsung Galaxy S4 (GT-I9505)
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Google Play Store stopped working when installing applications.

So basicly my google store stops working every time i click install on any application. Its like it crashes.I rooted my phone and blocked some applications because i thought i dont need them like KNOX and google movies or whatever.I had problem first that google play store was unable to connect to server.I changed this with etc folder changin some ip or whatever. But in the process one of the steps was to delete google play store and reinstall it so i did this then reinstall everything was good untill i tried to install a new application. The problem is not in proxy nor VPN i reset the phone with fabric settings clear chache, data on services store and framework , logget out and in on the google account enabled download manager and all the popular steps there are.I Think i screwed the google play store by reinstalling it and the system files and i dont know how to fix it.As i said my phone is rooted so if someone can guide me through fixing it.The problem with crash is mostly when i try to download app. Thanks in advance !
I suggest starting over by reflashing a stock ROM, flash TWRP, root, and then use titanium backup to freeze apps.

[BUG] Google Play Store no installed app after clearing cache+data | apps cost again

Hi everyone,
it seems the Play Store has got the same problem as years ago. After a clearing of cache and data, I have and empty installed app list and if I try to download apps bought time ago, they cost again.
I talked about the problem and it seemed to be related with detaching script on roms or apps like iytbp. No solutions found over the internet works (delete and readd the account, clearing cache partition, etc).
The only way to restore it was to restore back a previous titanium backup, data only, from a clean installation or from an uncleared play store.
It happened to me on XXX 9.1 but it's not rom related, 'cause it happened again on a clean installed stock Oreo 8.0 rom after installing iytbp with detach.plz method. But today a guy tried on a full stock Oneplus 5 and it happened the same (no root, no unlocked bootloader).
Can you please try if you have the same problem? After a Play Store backup, of course. I already sent a google feedback about that and, if you have the same problem, a google operator suggested to feedback them about that. Thanks in advance for the attention.
P.S. I tried the same on my Wiko Fever (full stock and updated) and it seems to have no problem at all. It also happended on Nougat, but I have not tested a lot.
Same issue here. I've also used the iYTBP detach script, you say it is caused by this? Have you found a solution? I'd rather not have to do a whole factory reset seeing as I don't have TB.
EDIT:
Found the solution to the problem for me. Not sure if this will fix it for good but for now Play store will update and installed apps show up. This solution requires root access. This is what I did:
1. Make full backup in TWRP.
2. Go to "system/priv-app/phonesky", cut the phonesky.apk (apk file for the Play store) file out of the directory to for example your documents folder.
3. Do a full (regular) reboot.
4. Copy the same apk you just move away form it's directory back to it's place (system/priv-app/phonesky).
5. Do another full reboot.
6. Wait about 30 seconds and the Play store should back on your device and functioning normally.
EDIT 2:
Issue where apps don't recognise that the user has purchased it still persists. After uninstalling the app and reinstalling it this issue got fixed.

Please help, i installed the new calculator update and it disappeared from the phone

I installed the new google calculator app with dark theme yesterday and it was working fine until today where the app itself disappeared and i can't find it in settings or disabled apps, i tried to reinstall the apk but it shows this, i tried from the play store and it shows this, i tried to use a method i used before to bypass this kind of issues by slightly changing the package name in an apk editor app and it used to work, now it's just giving me "problem parsing the package"
please any help
Another user reported the app had occupied 1GB space on his phone, so the app seems buggy.
If you cannot clean the apps memory/cache in settings/apps anymore and uninstall then I would suggest you search for the com.google.android.calculator folder(s) on your phone and manually them. Then from TWRP also wipe dalvik cache and cache on next start and for the time being, until Google fixes it, use another calculator.
I am happy with https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shaytasticsoftware.calctasticfree (only 2.9 MB and better reviews than Google).
