Devs like nick and kuma r devs who with other devs upload fixes for our device when it will becomes nearly stable cm14.1 will start rolling out

Respected Developers there is a phone known as motorolla G4 play which has the same chipset snapdragon 410 and they have ported and successfully booted android O.

If you're talking about AEX, camera isn't an issue for me.
RIL and Camera don't work on that build of AOSCP
Already filed a bug report on the MIUI Forum. Super Moderator of their Mi 6 subforum has also confirmed this.

Yep, same thing occurs with my device too (and of course, I never noticed it before, and now it annoys me ), and why is the video being disliked?
Edit: Just tested it with a Redmi Note 4X, and the problem doesn't exist there.

It makes no difference for my daily use.
Dunno about you but 7.11.2 fixed the issue for me. Update and check yourself.

P. S it's a kernel fix... I flashed an old kernel and it came back... Then epic rom again and went away

You're right my bad.
There isn't an exact change log as version 3.1.2 seems to have not been a major TWRP version as it is not listed on TWRP.me but I'm guessing it was before 3.2.0 so there was probably some work done for better Oreo compatibility. The only other mention of 3.1.2 was for a Sony Xperia phone but no change log there either.
