Is posible to flash through custom recovery?
Sorry but I don't have pc...
You mean flashing Stock Marshmallow modem on Stock Nougat?
It's possible to flash it, but there's no guarantee that it will boot. Even if it boots there might be some more issues.
You gotta try it yourself.

Please I own a SM-910H version of the Galaxy Note 4. I tried to flash the N5 ported Sixperience rom but I was experiencing a bootloop because my bootloader wasn't a lollipop 5.1.1 bootloader. I downloaded the 5.1.1 bootloader (910HXXU1COH4) and for some unknown reason I'm not able to flash via odin. It fails whenever it gets to "sboot.bi". I tried flashing the stock firmware, both lollipop 5.0.2 and 5.1.1 but they all fail when it gets to "sboot.bin". But I'm able to flash Recoveries and 910HXXU2COJ4 bootloader.
I reverted back to stock kernel and recovery and still didn't solve the problem. I tried to flash CyanogenMod 12.1 via recovery it also didn't work.
Please I need help to fix this problem because I'm afraid it might affect me in the coming months if I want to flash android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Below are the information on my phone frmware

Just flash it? I have that zip already... Ive already change my baseband to kitkat and bootstack D802 LP 30d Loki is it ok?
the way i was taught .. was to go back to stock firmware using flashtools. then update to lollipop with flashable zip..
You don't need to change.
I dont want to be unrooted that's why i dont want to use flashtools... B'coz we all know when we used flashtools it will be unrooted then how i can flash the stock lollipop zip file when i dont have custom recovery... Rooting again?
am pretty sure that in the guide that tell you how to... it must have also root and autorec KK.. am pretty sure. they provide root and autorecKK
You will go to lollipop using download mode... Dont need recovery for that... After that u can root
Yes I know that download mode thing... I dont want to go back to stock firmware... My question is, how flash stock lollipop zip.. Do i need bootstack or anything? B'coz I'm currently using 5.1.1 Resurrection remix
*bump*
you dont want to listen. itold you to go back to stock... root/use autorecKK/ update twrp to blastagator
use 502 KK bootstacks bumped. wipe all install flashable zip. then you in LP.. thats how i was toached to go from cm to LP.. so i do this way have never a problem you want to try other thing be my guest..
Hi, newbie question here. I just got my Axon 7. Unlocked the bootloader. Installed TWRP. Made full nandroids of stock and rooted firmwares.
I would like to flash the new Nougat update. What would be the best way to accomplish this without losing TWRP? and what is the correct firmware to use? ota? Also can nougat be rooted? Just dont want to brick my new phone. Thanks
No TWRP flashable file yet.....but I'm sure it'll be soon.
You will need to be on the Nougat bootstack, but you'll have to search for that info.
I have Custom ROM stock nougat
Can I install only the MM bootloader, do full wipe, and install a custom MM ROM, just for recovery?
Downgrade for recovery?
I'm confused about what you want to achieve, are you asking if you can downgrade to stock marshmallow from stock Nougat, to flash a custom marshmallow ROM?
If so, you could downgrade, but I would strongly recommend not using OTA updates on the stock marshmallow ROM if you downgrade, else you may hard brick your device. In most cases, you can't downgrade the bootloader in fastboot.
I'm not sure what you are asking for about recovery, can you elaborate?

You can even stay on nougat firmware, there's no need to downgrade as nougat is official released and available for all countries
How do I know which bootloader do I have? I'm currently running build B35.
Can someone direct me to a thread how to flash universal bootloader and modem?
If I use bkores flash toolkit, it said you have to flash universal bootloader, modem along with Rom and Gapps but in which order?
If using twrp for future flash do I need to flash universal bootloader and modem every time I switch ROM?
I'm not an expert but here's what I understand.
1. You don't have to worry which version you have unless you're flashing a custom ROM, usually for Nougat you want the B15 and for Oreo you want the B35.
2.Universal Bootloader>Modem>ROM>GApps>Magisk/SuperSU
3.You only need to flash it once if you're switching ROMs with the same android version.

If you haven't you need to unlock your bootloader before you can start flashing custom ROM. You can find a guide on how to do it here.
