After facing loss in Tv business & mobile business with dues not paid to creditors it has stopped selling phones in many international markets leaving China as it is its domestic market. So Eui updates are only rolling out for China region only & maybe some Le 2 max roms have unoffical updates on Xda are available. So dont expect for Eui 6 for Le 2 in future.
If you want a really good rom for Le 2 try Miui 10 global 8.9.20 + Illusion kernel V 3.0 which i am using as my daily permanent rom which is completely bugless i get around 5 hrs of sot with medium usage which i got through Le 2 telegram Channel. below are the links for rom & kernel hope you will enjoy.
You can get the Illusion kernel only in the Le 2 Telegram channel posting link for the same you go & download kernel from there.

You want Nougat but I want Pie, haha. Its impossible for leeco to add pie. They are not increasing security patch level then what expectations to increase the android version?? motivate some developers (like Aurel, SagarMakhar) to build Eui 6 custom rom (Small Eui V4, Slim Eui v2) with some extra tweaks , features and security patches + oreo(if possible)

Yes it is possible. Do the things beneath:
