Global Developer MIUI for Mi5s, Mix, Redmi 4(X, A)

Xiaomi's Releasing Global Developer Rom for Mi5s, Mi Mix and Redmi 4(A,X)....It will released on 7.5.18....this Friday.

For MIUI users who are owning Mi 5s / Mi MIX / Redmi 4X and Redmi 4A, here is the exciting news for you, the MIUI Global Beta ROM for Mi 5s / Mi MIX / Redmi 4X / Redmi 4A will be released on Friday for the first time. Please stay tuned.
For this week's update preview, we have not decided to introduce any recommended feature yet, because our developers are currently focusing on system stabilities and bug fixes. We are aiming to optimize the MIUI to its finest. Please be patient and steady, good things come to those who wait. MIUI Addicted.

At present, the wcrypt (Wanna Cry/Wana Decrypt0r) ransomware virus are spreading out continuously. We are kindly to advise you to install the latest Windows Security Patches in time to prevent system infections....i'll put the changelog(if xiaomi will show it)....in Friday....

Android N or Marshmallow?

Marshmallow....because....closed beta of Android N(MIUI 8) for Mi5s was released in 16.5.17....and is very unstable EVEN for beta dev Miui....i think weekly N rom for mi5s will be released in several weeks...

I have tried the leaked 7.5.15 and worked great. Only issue for me was not getting gapps to work. Thats the only reason for me back on 7.5.11 android 6

It's ok then.. i downgrade down to 8.0.3.0 global stable..

Could you check if with global stable 8.0.3.0 there is Italian language ?

lets just wait for LOS O..hehe.. anyone tried it? boit time? camera improvement? or just the number is upgraded? from 8 to 9? what a shame.. so xiaomi wants us to use unofficial port from mi max

Xiaomi is my number 1 most hated mobile brand, still on Android 6 how pathetic, ffs the Samsung Galaxy J5 2016 has Nougat planned for it (yes a different brand but still same year)

Stick to v9 - 7.0 never ever going to this tomorrow.
Why did there build this rom when a newer port is working so good???

As expected Xiomi played their dirty game here

This rom would hopefully solve the few issues which we face in nougat port... Like auto brightness, read mode, nd camera...

I dont understand the point of upgrading...
Seriously I wl never go back to miui official ever.finger crossed . Miui 9 port by orochixxx is my daily driver now and Hopefully they will fix the bugs like cam recording, brightness very soon...so *** k miui official.

This is not a port, this is official rom from Xiaomi. This is first Close Beta rom Miui 9 China Developer for rn3pro, 7.8.28 is first close beta for all phones from third batch.
Official link,official rom and md5 its good.
I test on mi4, redmi4, redmi note 2 and redmi3.

8 hrs on moderate to heavy use with 1 days standby time.antutu dnt knw,dnt believe.

Can we expect miui 9 rom from xda devs since xiaomi has released the kernel sources for nougat version?

The development of roms for the Mi A2 is very bad, there is no ROM for the Mi A2 without being converted from Mi 6X.

all of them stable?

Tried every single of them, all of them is stable, and daily driver material. As far as I know, there is no major bug in any of them. Currently I am on LOS 15.1 with latest gapps nano package.

Will Mi 9t/K20 receive an official update to Miui 12.5? Is there a date foreseen for this?

Yes, mi 9t/redmi k20 get android 11 with miui 12.5.
Official release time not confirmed. For mi 10 and some newer device, end of april confirmed.

A11 but for now with MIUI 12.1 released for Global - miui_DAVINCIGlobal_V12.1.2.0.RFJMIXM_11.0
If anybody installed, please comment how it works (I'm still on Xiaomi.eu, with A11 and MIUI 12.6)
