I know the SM-T580 has a 64bit ARM processor. Is there some other reason Samsung hasn't developed a 64bit ROM for it? And, no, cost is NOT a satisfactory answer.

Which one does the S5 resemble? I compiled a kernel using toolchains optimized for ARMv15 and my S5 seems to run just fine.
It worries me you are compiling kernels when you don't understand ARM architecture.
Arm v7 or v8 are the two types: generally the 64bit processors come with arm v8. S5 is v7 as far as I know. The v15 thing you mentioned is actually professor model types: ARM do a9 and a15 cores along with their newer a53, a57 cores.

Thanks for the quick response. I have since compiled a kernel with the proper cross compiler and source code.
There are some other Snapdragon 615 smartphones, that already have some nice roms. Somebody knows what is the difficult to port those roms to htc820?
As we all know that htc one a9 has the same chipset as g4 plus.. is it not possible to the port stable 64 bit system rom from lineage sources of a9 ? into g4 plus ?
why i am asking because the g4 plus currently has unstable 64 bit rom support...
due to which it doesn't support google camera properly and fc..

I have the Sm-t510 and it comes with the exynos 7885 64bit processor and 3gb Ram but the OS is 32bit.Is there any way that I can change it to 64bit i can't find any roms for the sm t510 that are 64 bit and I cant play some games that require a 64bit OS.

The Note 4 is a 64 bit system. The kernel is indeed 64 bit, as is common with most contemporary devices.
Not the Qualcomm version.
