I noticed when extracting a KDZ file I get a DZ file, after extracting DZ I get multiple BIN files, I need a boot.img file and an aboot file of V20 version H915 V10q

My question is very simple I believe.
The latest RUU release for Sapphire/Magic contains after extraction 2 zip files as follows:
rom.zip
This contains the following files:
android-info.txt
boot.img
recovery.img
spalsh_HTC_Magig.nb0
system.img
userdata.img
rom1.zip
This contains the following files:
boot_special.img
hboot_7200A.nb0
radio.img
Is it possible somehow to combine the above 2 ROM files so that the device can be flashed with one single sappimg.zip file?
I tried combine all above files into one single zip archive, but flashing does not start. maybe I have overlooked something somewhere, or special attention have to be given to some config file or something have to be added maybe?
I do not want to flash via RUU package, only via card method. Any suggestions as to how the above can be done?

Anyone know how to pull out Boot.img and baseband from tar.md5 with cygwin and flash ir in odin. Thanks in advanced.
You don't need Cygwin to extract files. Rename the .tar.md5 file to .tar and open with WinRAR or 7-Zip. From there, extract the files you need.

I recently unpacked a system.img using this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/pocket-neo/general/guide-extract-factory-samsungs-img-file-t3184278. If your trying to get into a tar.md5 rename it to just "tar" and use something like winrar to open it up and pull the IMG file you want.
I extracted the ap.tar and extracted the system.img.ext4.lz4 with the modified 7zip that supports extraction of .lz4 files. then i tried to extract the system.img.ext4 with ext4 unpacker(didn't work), supperr kitchen on linux(didnt work), svaimg(completes in 5 seconds and says sdone and the new file is only 200mb so didnt work). I know the ap is fine because i have flashed the ap before onto my phone and it flashed fine. if someone knows how to do it on windows or on ubuntu(linux). please.
ANSWER:Make sure you extract the firmware zip in supers kitchen. Not just the system.img.ext4 because that will give an error. Just drop the firmware zip and extract. It will unpack the lz4 and the ext4 and will unpack system for you even cache if you would like
Good day guys can someone please help me unpack this firmware allupgrade_v553_8G_1G.bin, I have attached build.prop... Extracting with binwalk gives me a 25 Gig folder. Is there a tool that can unpack this firmware?
