Hello,
I have just decided to give Lineage OS a go on my LG G4, and I have noticed that it is no longer maintained due to a bug in the encryption.
Is this the only reason that it is no longer maintained (I don't mind building it unofficially and using it if this is the only bug)

The following link is an official status checker for the primary Lineage servers. If you scroll down, you'll find previous dates with the status for them. It looks like 2 days ago there was an issue reported in the system.

This URL shows the same four ROMs building and had not moved since yesterday. The queue seems stuck. I was looking forward to trying the Amoled burn feature.

That and the https://www.cmxlog.com are not official Lineage sites and is not endorsed by Lineage either.
This was a clarification made in response to an inquiry/message that I had sent a while ago by a few of the Official LineageOS Developers.
Those 2 websites just take the information from a few Lineage source locations and restructure them to display it in the way you can see on those links.
The LineageOS Developers stated that the Changelog is reflected at the top of the devices download page.
For example, if you had a kltevzw (Samsung Galaxy S5 - Verizon) device, the top of the "https://download.lineageos.org/kltevzw" page, you'll find a link labeled "Show all merged changes for kltevzw".
If you selected that link, you'll see all the changes that were both specific for that device as well as those that applied to 2 or more devices which included the device in question.
Then for further information regarding a specific change, you can select that change and the link will take you to the Official Gerrit website for the LineageOS with all the information regarding that change (and its everything from the developer who made the change to the lead Lineage team member who approved it and much much more).
This has been a, very brief, lesson regarding the Official Lineage Changelog 101... LMAO!

My phone is LG G3 D855
Last month I upgraded the rom to the new version lineage os 14.1
But after the rising rom,Sd card message is corrupted
I changed ROM several times and even poured the stock rom, but still the sd card is not identified, or it comes a moment and goes away again.
I do not know where the problem is
But I know then the version of the lineage os of the external memory was corrupted
Does anyone know where the problem is?

The only one that I am aware of is the following Unofficial LineageOS 15.0 for klte.

I can't endorse it because I've never used it since I'm happy with Nougat but, someday, I'll be going to Oreo.

I use the following LineageOS for my klte device.

It seems to be stable for the most part and there's very few issues (if any) for me but, I can't state that for everyone who uses it.
Just an FYI... The LineageOS Firmware has all been Nightly releases. Nightly releases are, technically, considered having possible issues but, the LineageOS Nightly Firmware has been much more stable than the former CyanogenMod Nightly's.
LineageOS has not released any "Snapshot" builds. Those are, technically, considered Stable but, LineageOS has been up and running for just under a year +/- so I'm just being patient with them.
I hope that I had answered your question okay via text...
Amy further questions regarding the LineageOS, from the thread above, would be best posted on that thread for a better answer. It seems as though the Official LineageOS maintainers/developers has been fairly active within that thread.

1) According to the following information, on the LineageOS Official site, the Lineage team does monitor IRC and Reddit and may answer your question there.

I have recently downloaded and flashed the latest iteration of Lineage OS 14.1 2018-01-25 for the klte version of the S5.
I am experiencing considerable slow downs and audio/video desync while watching Youtube videos.
I have tried forcing gpu rendering in the developer options and reinstalling Youtube without luck.
Any suggestions?

I personally have not had this specific issue...
I'm not sure if this is tied specifically to LineageOS or something else.
If all else fails regarding no response from the LineageOS thread (i typically recommended waiting a week to 10 days but, this is only a recommendation), you can try posting your question within the following Q&A thread that's specific to your device.

I am chronically impatient so I decided to take drastic measures. I flashed a custom kernel, tweaked some settings and overclocked the CPU/GPU a bit. I am now testing whether the issue has been resolved.
