External SD card not detected on my phone. Mobile data doesn't work. Some GPS issues.
Boots on Redmi 3 Pro. Camera recordings are saved. Signal band can be changed. (2G/3G/LTE)

Other issues :
Reports of bootloop on Redmi 3 Pro after flashing the rom's. Mokee rom works on Redmi 3 Pro.
Bundling of china apps (eg. Games, Marketplace, 360 browser, etc). Can be removed with build-in system app remover, titanium bacup, etc.

I decided to use Blissrom.
As expected recorded video's are not saved. Deep sleep seems to be working.
Untill now i didnt use the phone, so dont know any more bugs.

Wow. Sounds great.. And how is about the bugs (leds don't blink, poor GPS signal, poor celullar signal, can not change signal band, can't count steps on Google fit)

GPS is working fine, dont know yet about signal strength. Led is not blinking. Yes, i see signal band cannot be changed.
Didnt try the rest yet.

Currently im testing Bliss, after few days ill try RRemix.
I used to test Bliss roms for S4 mini GT-i9195 for the developer @tioguda untill i bought Redmi 3. So thats why i tried Bliss first.

My experience with both roms:
1. Screen lock and unlock implementation is essentially broken in CM13.0 , phone will restart if u unlock the screen
2. Flashing open gapps will break the camera. (Tried all package from pico to full) . Don't flash opengapps if u want to use the camera
3. IR blaster and Video recording doesn't not work
4. LED not working

RR is working fine with my redmi 3 except video & IR blaster. one more thing, i noticed that brightness lowest setting seems high, no choice but to use gravitybox display tweaks - any alternative on this without using 3rd party app. thanks :good:

1. What kind of lock method give this error? I'm using swype to unlock. No errors.
2. You can't use the camera at all after flashing open gapps?
Only issue I have with the cam on Bliss is that video recordings are not saved. Pico open gapps.

OK, guys just flashed the Oreo No. 2. First must say - great one boss. No huge differences to AOSP, but great like AOSP. I have flashed microG instead gapps. It's not working perfectly, because I can't spoof the signature (one reason: ROM is odexed). But I can access the Play Store and use location services. Further this time I have flashed SuperSU instead Magisk. Using the Mono Theme. Will test all functions tomorrow. Great work, really.

Just installed this. Amazing ROM. Although missing a lot of NOS standard customization such as Button remapping and some statusbar customization, its a solid stable rom. It's still on early development so not too much diferent from dev's AOSP rom. Looking forward for the next build. Thanks Dev.

Installation Instructions
ALWAYS MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP FIRST!
Make sure you do Backup First!
After booting into recovery, you need to do a factory reset.
Then reboot into recovery again.
Wipe System, Cache, Dalvik/art cache, data
Flash Rom Zip file and gapps
Reboot
Coming from another rom/clean install:
Reboot to recovery.
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache, data
Flash rom zip and gapps
Reboot
Updating from a previous build/dirty flash:
Wipe system, cache, dalvik/art cache in recovery
Flash rom zip, gapps and any other zips you may use
Reboot
Rooting:
Ground Zero ROMs are not shipped rooted. Flash your favorite root apps like Magisk/SuperSU or any other. After flashing, your device may boot twice before boot animation, don't worry it'll be fine after that.
Theming:
Substratum support is there as long as you have root and latest Substratum app. Some themes may have a little catching up to do, have fun testing them!
Reporting Issues:
If you have any issues, grab a log after a clean flash, upload and link here please. Add steps to reproduce the issue in your post.
Do not report issues dirty flashing this over some unofficial build or with some kernel flashed.
Logcat Extreme app is great as you can choose to start recording a log just before reproducing an error and stop recording just after so you log just the part you need.
Few Notes:
Xposed is not supported here, if you want to run it and have issues, try an Xposed thread for support and bug reports here only welcome with a clean install with no Xposed present.
Selinux is permissive for now.
Make sure to state which rom you are running when asking for support

I dont see any point here in this community. Just building bunch of roms without even trying to fix the bugs. Just taking the tree from main devs and compiling the roms. Its just pointless. Try to learn something and fix the remaining issues instead of syncing the different sources and compiling
The main developers did much and they probably have no time to fix the remaining issues.

nope,will try it soon

im using this rom right now.. but only two cpus working on mi 4w.. Cpu0 and Cpu3 like miui..
edit: also quick charge is not working..

im using mi3w,i flashed it,here is my short experience
1.it is smooth,quite easy to setup
2.a little issue annoys me,that is when i play games the sound always have lag,hope to fix it
3.battery drain is ok,not very fast but enough to use
4.the phone get shutdown when charging the screen still is on,this issue still not be fixed,i reported before when i flashed your aex 5.1 beta
5.i didnt see quick charge

Reboot to recovery
Make nandroid backup (Not Necessary)
Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik
Flash the latest build and GApps(on non Gapps build)

Download the latest build (gapps or non Gapps)
Reboot to recovery
Flash the latest build
Wipe Cache
Reboot
Note: GApps only has to be flashed once and on non gapps buildwhereas Magisk/Su is to be flashed every time you Dirty Flash the OTA Update.

Camera crash when I take a picture in portrait mode selfie.

Could someone test music playback?
I tried it with Havoc and Bliss Roms and got it to stuck and crash the whole system with the inbuilt music player and Musicolet using mpeg4-audio (aac)

Great work on this ROM! it's the first (that I know) with Android 11 for Platina.
it runs pretty great overall, fast and feature rich. I'm having some issues tho:
- In Legion Settings. "Quick Settings" menu is empty
- In Legion Settings. "Navigation Bar" menu is empty
- Front camera crashes or freezes on photo or video (thanks for using ANX camera tho, it runs way better than the rest on AOSP)
- Biometric authentication missing on apps that support it, like andOTP
- No call recording
- Google Play Store crashes seconds after opening. (might be an issue with the gapps I installed tho, I used BiTGApps)
thanks for the hard work, so far it's one of my favorite ROMs for this phone

working here. tried an .aac song on the latest Legion OS build (3.2) in "Simple Music Player".
Edit: also working on Musicolet

hi i have a bug that follows me whenever i put any aosp ... when i make calls i turn them off the microphone stops working ... and i don't know how to solve ... this and in any ... Already tested havock already tested bliss already tested legion already tested descendant ... It only comes back when I restart the device ... It seems that the microphone is locked just to make calls ... It doesn't work on Google, whatsapp, telegram ... Then I need to restart the device and give up aosp I go back to miui ... Happened to my also, tryed las version of havocOS and updated Firmware! and is working fine now.
