Just wanted share Mate 7 ROMs you can download ..
There are few versions ..

Thanks for sharing this. I don't understand what is the meaning of channel edition?

That is for chinese segment..
This is EU version
consumer.huawei.com/kz/support/downloads/detail/index.htm?id=34301

So to install I just download and change it to update.zip to install.

not update zip but there will be update.app which needs to be in dload folder

It works. I'm on 130 now.

Do you know the differences between the version you mentioned and this one : consumer.huawei.com/en/support/downloads/detail/index.htm?id=36261
I am currently using the B127 on a L09 and I would like to know if there are any advantages to use the other one.
Is the 'Russian' B130 compatible with my phone (L09 - B127) and the French frequencies?

I had 127 and am in UK and updated manually to 130 ..
When it says russian site it doesn't mean it is for russia only.. it is just from russian branch ..
There is poland branch ,you can find even italy as well ..
Just update it and u'll be fine..

I think they will update it with next their flagship phones .. but not current ones... M7 P7 ..

This phone just came out. It would be a big detractor if they just stopped supporting it right away.

Well it's still new in Canada. Was very lucky to find it. And 5 months old this should have came with lollipop. Hopefully it comes out soon as I'm enjoying this phone.

there have been beta builds for weeks now. 2 new versions in the last 2 days.
but still, you can't see anything in samfirm with any poland or 935fd CSC. and samfirm can see new releases immediately, even if its not downloadable/available as a full package yet (if I'm not terribly mistaken). also no posts on twitter etc.

Beta builds cannot be confirmed/downloaded with SamFirm, even if they're open for an official public test. The Grace UX beta firmware for Korean Note5 is one example.

If anyone is interested in the SLiM rom that is now removed

While searching on my pc, I found that I still have the SLiM rom (I think it was rakesh who had posted it).
I have the version 4.5 base and the 4.9 ota.
If anyone is interested, let me know, along with a site where I can upload it.

How stable is it? Considering that it won't be receiving any updates

Well it was based on lollipop and I have yet to find a bug.
However many system apks have been removed and you cant really recover them.
It was just bloat(at least most of it) though.

Battery very well and very cool machine but installing some applications fail.

I dont have any problem with the sound.

To be honest Idk if putting it into the ota folder works since I never used the stock rom on any device. I just posted it here more or less just as a proof that some people already got the ota. But you can try it.

General Firmware update 1.1.3

So the new update is out as of 17 August 2022.
Seen attached images for details

It's a slow rollout, so nothing to see on my mobile. But looking forward to it Seems like a good update.
Here's hoping for some more refnement with the OS with Android 13 in the near future!

Yes, rolling out SLOWLY, and unfortunately, not yet for me. There's another update scheduled for the end of this month or beginning of September as noted on their Discord server. This 1.1.3 is the "dope" update. The next update is called the "dopest update".

This is my update screen and it won't let me do anything since I'm rooted. The update tracker is behind as it's not showing 1.1.3 or apparently an Android 13 update that's showing on my screen.

The OTA is extracted from the official incremental update so there won't be any problem updating manually.
