By the time you finish installing the new rom you may be constrained by not passing SafetyNet test
the magnet safetynet function is to bypass the Google Security Test network so that it allows us to hide root access on an application using Magisk Hide feature in Magisk Manager itself
1. when installing new rom based on MI MIUI Developer / Beta, Lineage OS, CyanogenMod, Resurrection Remix or Other then faced by ctsProfile: false and basicIntegrity: true when checking SafetyNet, The problem is easy just install Magical Module Universal SafetyNet Fix you can get here https://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/magisk/xiaomi-safetynet-fix-t3600431

2. If you find a problem like ctsProfile: false and basicIntegrity: false The problem is only in Xposed, you must remove Xposed to get basicIntegrity: true if this problem still can not change Magisk to Core Only Mode in Magisk settings
3.If all ctsProfile: true and basicIntegrity: true please and check SafetyNet in Magisk Manager while to activate Magisk Hide itself just enable Magisk Hide in settings then open the menu in Magisk Manager there Magisk Hide and activate anywhere for the Application can hide the root access
Please Click the Thank You button if it helps you

Thanks to the creator of the app as well as the Russian guys who translate it. Thanks too the AndroTraductor module.
------------
Requirements: Have Xposed installed on your device, and follow @flymetools in telegram
------------
1- First of all we need to install the AndroTraductor module, from the app of xposed (Xposed Installer/Download/AndroTraductor).
2- Activate the module, go to your internal storage and create this directory "dv_translate" and inside it an other one called "com.zhixin.flyme.tools"
3- Download from @flymetools in telegram the zip called Translate_X.X.X.XXXX_EN_bysok.zip (Where X.X.X.XXXX is the version number).
4- Extract this files into the folder created previously (/sdcard/dv_translate/com.zhixin.flyme.tools).
5- Download and install from @flymetools in telegram FlymeTools_X.X.X_XXXX_rus_v2.apk (Where X.X.X.XXXX is the version number).
6- Activate the module FlymeTools in xposed, restart and voilà.

Good afternoon
I've recently migrated to lineage 15
I'm looking for a boot up app manager that works with oreo.
On boot I have a bunch of app Id' like to disable.
While on Nougat I enjoyed boot manager (xposed module), unfortunately, it has not been adapted to oreo.
My search has been unsuccessful so far. I've found tons of app that will kill processes, but that's not the point.
Do anybody have an idea?
thanks
if you want to disable apps just disable them in settings>apps? and i thought it have a boot manager built in,like app opps?

No, I don't want to disable apps, i just want to prevent them from starting automatically. For example there's no point
having a newspaper app started automatically.
An example of what bootmanager was doing under nougat:

Titanium Backup can disable apps. Or you can use MyAndroidTools to disable an app's boot receivers. This latter app was pulled from Play Store by Google some time ago, so you'll have to get the APK elsewhere.
I flashed twrp via Odin and then flashed magisk zip via twrp. Also updated magisk both zip and app via magisk manager after that.
Now I tried to uninstall a system app using root uninstaller but it shows me this message
Android 7.1.1 J510F. What step I missed?

It was because your system was read only.
When you boot twrp for the first time it will ask you to swipe to allow modifications or keep system read only. You should swipe to allow modifications that's all you did wrong

Hi,
Just updated to OxygenOS 10.3.1 and for some reason i cant customize the ambient display or disable it. I can only change the clock type through customization. Is this normal? The ambient display keeps flicking on and off draining my battery. Is there mod or anything i can do about this? Thanks

Works fine here, on 10.3.2. Do you have any magisk modules that might interfere?
Really not much to go on here as you didn't share any info on your setup (full stock? Rooted? debloated?)
Anyway, as far as I know there were no bugs with ambient display on 10.3.1 so it will probably work if you just reflash the fw.
yea good point have been a bit vague. sorry
rooted. used debater script and have magisk with only a few modules (youtube vanced, OOS Call recording, SafetyPatch). Could be magisk but a little confused how it would be interfering. i was wondering weather the debater may have stripped something out it needs.

Hello,
uninstall your magisk modules one at a time,
restart the device and see if the problem has recovered.
Otherwise, I suggest you to update via local to
10.3.2 version, available from a while for our device.
Check if the problem has solved and reapply your modules.
In order to update refer to this fantastic thread...
Let people know the outcome...
Cheers
