already been there, but it is only for those who don't have init.d support.. my kernel has init.d support.. but the system/etc/init.d isn't in my phone.. my question now is can I just create it if it doesn't exist? or do I need to do something else before doing that like editing some xml or whatever so it could run the scripts inside init.d

Simple Init.D Enabler flashable zip
Built mainly for locked bootloaders
Well this is just a simple, custom init.d enabler i made for my old Arc S rom (AnZuMi White) and have finally decided to release it. It was inspired by Iridaki's guide, but is not the same.
Instructions
- Just flash via CWM
- And Enjoy init.d support
- if you wish to check if it is working or not, go to /data and open "init.txt", it should say "Init.d Running"
EDIT: BOOTLOOP ON 5.0!
Should work on most devices, busybox may be required.
noob question. what does init.d do? what is its role?

In case anyone is interested, init.d support can be enabled with Stock Kernel by adding the following to: /system/etc/init.qcom.post_boot.sh
/system/etc/init.d/*

This does not work for me. Exactly how and where do I put this line? By the way, while were talking about init.d, init.d doesn't work in your XT1031 Stock Optimized 4.4.4 ROM with Archidroid init.d. Been meaning to go on your thread and mention this.
