Collapsed notifications - OnePlus 5 Questions & Answers

Hi,
On Oreo, permanent notifications are collapsed/reduced.
Is there a way to get them expanded all time?
I think about GSam battery monitor and EXKM notifications.
Actually, I figured out a way for EXKM, in settings, changing notification priority to a level higher than min seems to work but there's a notification icon added on notification bar.
Any way to remove icon or this is a "limitation" of Oreo?
Thank you.

How to stop Tasker displaying notifications?

I'm running MIUI, and want to get rid of the default notification that Tasker always generates, even when no profile is active. Does anyone know of a way of suppressing these notifications?
From within Tasker:
Settings => Monitor => Run in foreground (uncheck)
Although, this raises the possibility that Android will kill off the Tasker monitor service when resources are getting low...
The better alternative:
Settings => Monitor => Notification Icon
You can set it to transparent so it doesn't appear in the notification bar, but, the entry will remain in the notification area & Android won't be as likely to kill it off.
Next to those options you can tap the ? icon which explains it pretty well

Disable notifications

Hello All,
My question is that how can I disable the notification on the notification bar per app.
I just want to disable for example Viber icon and notification on the notification bar, but I want the LED notification only.
If I disable the notifications in app settings, the Viber want to enable it.
I just do not want the Viber icon on the notification bar, but the LED notification is "nice to have".
I checked the Play for this kind of apps without success.
I just surprised with this Android version, because on my old Galaxy S5 (android 6.0.1 note 7rom), this setting is available, when I long press the notification on the notification bar. I can simple disable it.
Or it is because of the Custom rom? I don't think so...
I'm using the below rom on my S5 deivce:

For better understanding I just attached some picture about my problem.
When I turn off the notification on notification bar, the app will require to enable it. On my old phone as I mentioned, it was easily to disable the notification on statusbar and on the notification panel.
Is there any solution or app for do that? For better understanding: I want the LED notification, but without notification panel notification. just hide the icons...
The last picture contains the setting what I looking for... it is from my old Samsung Galaxy S5 (note 7 custom rom) marked with red.
I was curious about the same lol and was wondering if is there a way... If I am not mistaken, there should be such option in oreo...

How to disable battery saving notifications ?

I tried to find answer but its either impossible or either I cant search properly so here is my problem.
After I enable battery saving in G6(Oreo. not rooted) I get battery icon present in top left corner of the bar and also on lock screen there is message informing me battery saving is on. So is there a way to have battery saving on but without all those things that remind me about it all the time ? Only way I have found so far is to swipe message on lock screen to the right and I have two options, one of them has clock icon and after pressing on it it gives me option to put this notification to "sleep" for max two hours and after clicking it all battery saving notifications are gone but they come back after this 2 hours apparently. I dont even know if this option puts notifications to sleep or battery saving is disabled for those 2 hours. So is there a way to have battery saving on but without any reminders/notifications ?
Thanks for any help
The only solution I found is to make the notification as non-intrusive as possible. If you tap and hold on the notification, you can go to "All Categories" and set the "Status" category to low priority. You can even prevent the notification from showing on the lockscreen. If you did everything right, there shouldn't be an icon on the status bar.
Keep in mind that this also affects all other SystemUi notifications that fall under the "Status" category, and there's no way around this.
On the current version of Android (10) if you swipe your screen from the top down you will see the Battery Saver is On notification. If you press and hold this notifcation you will see: Silent notifications / System UI / Status: These notifications can’t be modified.

Stock T-Mobile Rooted 6t - Automatic Notification Prioritizer

Does anyone know how to disable the Automatic Notification Prioritizer on the stock 10.3.1? Its a pita to have to wait for a notification and long press to change it to "Important" from "Other" for every notification type i might receive. I want to receive all of my notification icons in my bar, not the just tiny few google deems worthy.
You find more granular notification controls in Settings->Apps & Notifications.

That was my first place to check. Nothing in there for disabling this that I could find.

how disabling temp. notification or other greyed out system notifications ?

I really don't need to be constantly advertised than the temp has been rest
I don't understand what you mean, what temperature?
What do you mean with rest?
there was a notification that temp has been restored
but now, as I don't want to upgrade to android11, I'm constantly advertised to do it by two permanent undisableable notifications : how can these system notification be disabled ? I found nothing, like a magisk module for ex.
