[Q] I Have The Huawei U8800-51

I Finally bought this phone, but i've got a question, my version is U8800-51, and I never heard about it. Does it make a difference at the time of installing CyanogenMod or something... ?
My Cellphone comes with FM Radio, maybe that's is the only difference between the normal version (not pro).
Has Anybody this version too?

Es por que el u8800-51 es la segunda versión del Ideos x5, que incluye radio y HSDPA+... ahora Cyanogen y esas cosas, nadie me ha contestado nada concreto...
Pero el SuperOneClick funciona de todos modos para rootear
It's because the u8800-51 its a revision of the Ideos x5, that includes radio and HSDPA+... I don't have any information about someone installing Cyanogen and that stuff... But SuperOneClick works on this phone.

En teoria se pierde la garantia si lo llevas asi donde lo compraste, por suerte es reversible, solo tienes que reflashear una rom stock y listo tendra el bootloader de fabrica nuevamente, ergo no te van a negar la garantia.
Mas adelante subire una rom del u8800-51 stock y version internacional.

Hi, the version SuperOneClickv2.1.1 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=803682) works perfectly. Just Root and reboot the phone. For a new ROM, first I want the Entel ROM 2.2.2 for backup (U8800-51V100R001c178B025SP05) to not lose the 3G band.
(Este teléfono es muy nuevo y aun no me arriesgo a ponerle otra ROM, aunque estoy desesperado por tener el Gingerbread 2.3.5 )

Un aviso, no trates de aplicar la actualizacion de firmware que esta en el sitio de huawei,tengo entel y acabo de brickear el mio de esa forma.

You dont lose anything, its just rooting... BTW last week ive unrooted my phone with SuperOneClick also, in case you need it some day...

A mi me dura alrededor de un dia y medio, con uso medio, recuerda que la bateria de los u8800 y pro aunque sean de 1500mAh son de polimero de litio no de iones o sea que son mejores.
Deberia funcionar el unroot, o en caso contrario flashear una stock rom con el metodo de Huawei y listo.

No puedo poner el recovery osea puedo, pero la no bootea, se keda pegado en el logo d entel cuando trato d entrar al recovery, cachan como hacer en ese caso?

Hi, does anybody have the stock rom for this phone for ENTEL? I want to try and install new roms, but i need a good backup first. If you can explain how to get it manually from my phone, it would also work ok for me.

Buenas maestro Cachanilla. Gracias por el firmware. Voy a hacer pruebas con unas ROMs 2.3.4 y 2.3.7 y quería primero flashear el teléfono como de fábrica. Tengo guardado mi backup pero no recuerdo en cual de todos los discos.

Este es el Firmware original de Telcel, no recuerdo el numero de compilación por que solo lo tuve unos minutos en Gingerbread e inmediatamente actualice a Ice Cream Sandwich. Para lo unico que sirve este firmware es para Rootear! Ya que el Root es dificil en ICS les dejo el link de la manera "mas facil" (hasta el momento) para tener Root en la 4.0.4: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1695514
El metodo mas sencillo para tener Root en la 2.3.4 es con www.unlockroot.com (Por eso hice el respaldo!)

Marshmallow 6.0.1 Upgrade for Moto Maxx in México

Finally, today I was able to execute the system upgrade to my Moto Maxx. The mobile was never modified, it was bought at retail store and has been used with Telcel carrier in México. In the next posts I will share the screen captures of download and upgrade process.

Si tenías root tienes que esperar a que salga el firmware completo
O regresar al firmware completo anterior y aplicar la actualiAcion ...

definitivo, esto sería la mejor opción, en el foro están los ROMS originales para regresarnos a una versión anterior a la modificación que aplicamos.

Por ahí en mi dropbox tengo la versión final de marshmallow empaquetada en un zip, si tienes bootloader abierto, y supongo que te sabes mover con la consola de windows para fastboot, entonces no será problema flashear los archivos contenidos en el zip.
Tal zip lo subí apenas lo bajé hace no muchos días. Yo no lo he puesto porque como ya he mencionado, tengo la última soak test 4, y como ya la tengo a modo personalizada, esto es: root, viper4android, custom kernel, "karatazo" para la lámpara activado, gravity box, liteada, etc, etc ... Pues me da un poco de pereza hacer el proceso de meter los comandos e instalar todo...
Como fuere, les dejo el enlace de la rom oficial final MM 6.0.1

¡Oh sí! Usted debe flashear con comandos vía consola CMD de windows y con la última rom stock, misma que mensajes atrás he dejado el enlace para descarga.

Despite being a thread for the update of Moto Maxx in Mexico, this is not a mexican forum, but an international one.
I believe you all understand and can write and read in english, so why create a gueto only for you?
Besides, I also believe it is in the forum rules that everything should be written in english.

I'm currently on 5.0.2 and having problems to update to MM. My Moto maxx is rooted and have trwp recovery. I'm from Mexico and any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do as i did, download the the previous OTA (posted in some message above) to return your phone to stock and you good to go to receive the OTA.

Hola muy buenas para todos.
Mi caso es el siguiente: Tengo un Huawei p10 plus el cual hace unos dias funcionaba de ,aravillas, pero un dia decidi formatearlo porque estaba muy lento, y desde alli comenzaron mis problemas..
Les explico el dispositivo estaba Rooteado y por ende el bootloader abierto, tambien tenia instalado el recovery de twrp.
Que hice yo. solo fui a ajustes, y le di restablecer a ajustes de fabrica pero el telefono jamas se restablecio.. intente restablecerlo por medio del Erecovery de huawei, pero nada he intentado instlarle alguna Rom y nada, he intentado muchas cosas y nada..
Es mas lo lleve al servicio tecnico de claro para ver si podian hacer algo y nada, porque supuestamente no le cubre garantia porque se toco el sistema y ellos alli no responden... algo que me parece muy mal, porque apenas llevo dos meses de haberlo comprado..
El telefono enciente y todo, ademas me permite ingresar al recovery de twrp pero no se puede hacer nada mas... o si alguien sabe como puedo eliminar el recovery de twrp tambien seria de mucha ayuda.. Gracias
Vengo a la ayuda de alguno que me colabore a solucionar este problema y saber si tiene o no solucion..

ayuda, sabes como recuperar el firmware de lg k8 2017 x240f ? , solo quiero el firmware y como repararlo , quise instalar un custom recovery y ahora esta en un bucle infinito al momento de prender , puedo acceder a fastboot mode , ayudaaaa
