Secure folder lock screen keeps popping up randomly - Samsung Galaxy S8 Questions and Answers

Dose anyone else experience this problem on your S8?
I have disabled all notificaion in secure folder and the secure folder lock screen still pops up randomly after I leave secure folder.
After I enter unlock PIN or pattern, nothing happens.
Thanks

Same here on my s8 it interrupts whatever I'm doing also.

Did you find a solution? Happening on my s8 after Android Pie OS update

[Q] New update lock screen failure?

Not sure if anyone has tried but when you set a PIN, lock pattern etc after you have set the update, it doesn't actually require you to enter this lock pattern / PIN when you turn the screen back on.
Occasionally it does but generally you can unlock the phone simply by swiping the stand unlock screen bar across the screen.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Even if you don't is anyone experiencing the same situation??

By pass lock screen on reboot

I have a verizon Galaxy S5 on OG5 and when I reboot the phone I am able to access apps prior to the lock screen appearing. On a reboot the homescreen comes up and I can sometimes enter my messages, gchats, or open Pandora for 1 or 2 seconds before the lock screen will appear and read private messages. Is this normal for the device? It seems like a big security hole.

S7 edge security lockscreen disappeared

I have been using a few days with lockscreen fingerprints, however today it just suddenly disappeared. I think it could have something to do with the oculus gear vr as I was playing with it earlier. Now when i press the home button it just jumps straight into the homescreen with no fingerprint security even though I checked that it is already turned on. I tried restarting the phone and still the lockscreen barrier is no longer there. Anyone experience this bug or know whats wrong with it?
Are you sure you havent enabled SMART Lock? It essentially doesnt require fingerprint when in a designated "safe" area. It does have to be manually set up, but I remember after several times at home it asked if I want to designate this as a safe spot and not require fingerprint while here.
You can check at settings-->Lock Screen and Security-->Secure Lock settings-->Smart Lock to see your settings

Lock screen security resetting automatically

I just got my Galaxy S7 Edge from AT&T yesterday. After going through setting up the phone, I have been absolutely loving it so far. The only issue I've come across has to do with the secure lock settings. I setup my fingerprint and added my corporate email account which requires authentication to unlock the device (which is fine because I like using the fingerprint unlock anyway). In the secure lock settings, I have it set to lock instantly when power button pressed or when screen times out. After a few unlocks the phone will no longer require I use my fingerprint and just asks me to swipe to unlock. When I go back to the secure lock settings, lock instantly is no longer selected. Rather, the option for "maximum" (which is oddly set to 34 minutes and 7 seconds) is what is selected. I change it back to lock instantly, but then after a while it reverts back to the maximum setting.
After some web searching, there was someone else with this issue, but it turned out to be their Smart Lock settings. I double checked on my phone and all Smart Lock settings are disabled. For the life of me I cannot figure out why the secure lock setting keeps changing.

Secure Unlock question

S7 Edge on Sprint. Nougat, but this was the same on MM. I have Secure Unlock set to unlock the phone when connected to a particular BT device. That works, in that I don't have to use a fingerprint or PIN, but the phone still powers on to the lock screen, and I have to swipe to get to my last app. Is there any way to bypass this swipe and have the screen turn on directly to the last app?
Thanks.
