when connected with charger it says slow charging or sometimes charging when i checked it with amere app it says like 100 ma or even less sometimes what i should do ? is it software or hardware problem please help me

Though I took a dopod 565 for experimenting.
But I installed wm6.1,
everything was gooing good,
after 3week my wall mount charger gave me a big shock- not in my butt but suddenly it has stopped charging.
I thought its problem with charger because the battery is getting charged when I connect to pc. But I was wrong, I checked with other charger it was not happening. I tried connecting the charger many a time. But the phone only respondes when I remove the cable.
Can any body xplain me what is the technology behind this charging. Because I can charge through PC USB means the charging IC is OK. So I need to activate that charging option. Or kick start the charging i.e. force charging though any xtra code or software.
If any body helps me in this I can make the code.
So plz help me.

I read through all the forums and threads related to battery problems but non was similar to the problem im facing.My wall charger isnt working.when i connect it to my hermes the amber light turns on.the status of battery is also charging,but it isnt charging..once in a bluemoon sometimes it charges to aroung 20-25% thats it.my phone charges on usb connected to pc and on car charger.what can be the problem in the charger and possibly if a solution is available let me know
Does it charge with the wall charger when the phone is powered off completely? If it does, then its a software issue, and a new rom flash should solve it. If it doesn't then its a hardware issue.
On my phone, the usb socket has started to wear out, and it got to the point where it sometimes randomly lost the connection. I bought a dock off ebay, and that has luckily solved my problem.

I have encountered strange issue too. It continuesly disconnect with charing.
When i connect the with charger it repeatedly connects & disconnects with charging. I m using Adaptive Wall charger supplied by the Samsung. Even tried different charging cables and chargers too.
I have this wierd charging bug , which charges the phone very slowly even after showing the "turbo power connected " message , although switching off the device and charging charges the phone at normal speed .
The phone takes up to 10 hours for charging although i enabled fast charging. Any help please.
I am also facing that issue...the problem is with cable...try with another fast charging capable cable.
I tried different charger and cable(15w) . No difference
