Flashed Xiaomi Redmi 3 ROM IDO Lineage 8.0 Unofficial-Build 2017-12-22 (by Bondstas) yesterday.
Found bugs:
• Unable to login to google account. Stuck at "checking info". Factory reset solved the issue.
• Camera crashes when trying to take a HDR photo. Photos more blurry I think (maybe, hard to say, the camera is **** anyways in winter low light)
• No sound output in Google Music Play. The bar moves as if the song is playing, however there is no sound coming off the device.
• No video output in Youtube (only channel logo visible, black screen otherwise).
• Wifi turns itself off after reboot.
• The alarm did not ring this morning.

This is AOSP Extended for the mi5s Plus, aka Natrium.
This features the Kernel provided by Xiaomi and that has been made ready to build for Android N thanks to _Luk_1337, Luca Stefani and Bruno Martins. May they be thank for making all this possible
I also would like to thank @MZO ! When I got stuck, he helped me moved forward and manage to build even though he doesn't have the device himself...
Without all those people, these ROM would never have come to life !
HOW TO INSTALL ?
PRE-REQUISITES :
- 1°) A Xiaomi mi5s Plus smartphone (this won't work with any other smartphone !) ;
- 2°) Phone should be with UNLOCKED BOOTLOADER (you won't be able to install otherwise !) ;
- 3°) You have TWRP installed ;
- 4°) Download the ROM + GApps.
So what works ?
- 1°) It shows "bootanim"
- 2°) It boots (well it does here... hope it'll boot for you too !)
- 3°) SIM 1 & SIM 2
- 4°) Wi-Fi
- 5°) Fingerprint Scanner
- 6°) Camera (pictures and movies)
- 7°) YouTube works here...
And what does not work ?
- 1°) It seems Wi-Fi has disconnections problems from time to time :-(
- 2°) ...
- 3°) ...
- 4°) I am still testing so can't tell for sure...

Rom works great, thank you. The only problem you see is that the wifi quality is very low like other rumors compiled with the new kernel.

Yes, I noticed that too...
You loose signal pretty easily on Wi-Fi
It seems that on the Citrus build for Natrium I have less frequent disconnections.
Will try to publish it... as it is a really nice ROM also

At 5.1 yes. First of all I'll bring 4.6, which is final Nougat version, to bring something that is 100% sure that's stable and after that I'll bring the Oreo

i for one had no idea about globe rom and xiaomi.eu, for example, until i did some research about miui custom roms. just so happens that not every custom rom available for the mi max 2 has its own thread here on xda!
btw, there is another miui based custom rom called epic rom:
http://www.epicrom.pro/
however, its not available (yet?) for the mi max 2, but a range of other xiaomi devices. maybe a dev would be interested to port it, based on a similarly specced xiaomi phone

As for reverting to MIUI stock rom, I can recommend the Xiaomi Tool: https://xiaomitool.com/
Otherwise, just make a complete TWRP backup of your current rom! Then, if you want to revert back to it, just restore within TWRP and youre good to go

It is not possible to make oxygen os stable for any device other than oneplus because oxygen os is closed source and no one wants a sh***ty ROM which is full of bugs. So just don't ask..

Finally find the One Plus 5T Android Pie Based Oxygen OS for our Moto G5 Plus.
Almost all important options are working. Only some minor bugs

A pie oos sgsi is out on telegram which has only few bugs:
1) NFC
2) FM Radio
3) Battery life is not so good.
4) Some OnePlus exclusive features don't work like alert slider, double tap to wake.
All major things work fine, plus, oos gestures are working.

Hey Dev, Thanks for your Oxygen os. Because I love the oxygen experience.
But have some bugs i mentioned below..
1. Camera can't startsup and can't takes any shot.. I tried to use default app and some other third party apps like YouCam Perfect, B16 and Gcam. Everything is doesn't works.
2. Gallery bug. I mean the default gallery didn't show any photos and videos. And I also tried third party Gallery apps. And it shows same result.
3. Already you said, The face unlock bug...
