Hi, I wipe all the information of the internal storage in my honor 7. Now I only can go into the TWRP recovery mode. How can I install one of these boots? When I tried to install updates the phone always says the same "You need de MD5", now that I have it, how can I intall this??

hi, can you also please give B180 boot image please? apology for a stupid question but I am a newbee and trying to learn this to make my honor 7 recording calls. for that I need to back up first its current image so I can unroot if required. then root the device and follow some changes as mentioned in http://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-7/general/honor-7-native-call-recording-t3201691/page6. thanks and will wait for your reply.

All the update package is on my computer at the office. I would try to extract the file you guess.
But just a question, have you the name of your file ?
If I'm not to busy I would try to post the file tomorrow.

Otherwise use the Huawei update extractor, it's free.
download the update from huawei site, extract zip file, you will get an update.app, use Huawei update extractor and you would be able to use all the file in the package.

thanks for quick help but there is no latest file on huawei website. I have PLK-L01 model and the latest file on this link - http://www.hihonor.com/global/support/software-list/ is build121. I already have build 180 from the supplier preinstalled. please guide me here what should I do now to get the right build 180 boot and recovery image? thanks in advance.

Use Multi Tool.

It's a long shot but can you provide me with a B370 recovery. I know all the steps and how to do it myself but am in Himalayas and can not afford to download the full stock update.zip. also a noodlb question may be, but do one need to flash both recovery and boot at the same time or flashing just recovery.IMG is enough?

thats weird, here i thought that L29 stock rom was either B103 or B152 with B133 being an L29 rom but unable to get OTA updates...

Because nobody reply, I took the chance and download the firmware. Unfortunately THIS IS EU version firmware!
So if you have stock, locked bootloader MEA Mate 8 phone (came with L29C185B103 firmware) don't waste your time downloading this as it will not compatible. Except off course you unlock bootloader and flash it with fastboot.
I just hope anyone upload any stock firmware provide the information of the firmware too.

i am very new here in the android world an i want to flash my P8lite with B574.
Now my question, should i put all the files in the dload folder on my SD-card to upgrade my phone?
Where there two steps to upgrade with the same dload folder, because i never seen an Vendor-file for correct my build on the phone?

What is your region? Do you have balong bug? What is your built number?

Hello, my region is germany an on my P8lite i have installed the B564 but in the phone-info i get "BalongC52B311".
I only can update with the SD-Card and i would try to update to B574.
Can you help me?

First you need to downgrade. You can do this by flashing this (http://consumer.huawei.com/nz/support/products/downloads/detail/huawei-p8lite-nz.htm?id=81666) file via sdcard. Then download this (https://goo.gl/zUPd1A) file. It has two folder. dload and dload2. First put dload folder in sdcard and upgrade. Then put second folder "dload2" rename it to dload and upgrade.
After this you may upgrade to B574.

I have Android 6.0 !!
And the second link goes to a pfd toolkit download, no dload

Yes. You are doing it right. This is vendor file for eu download it and place it in sdcard and upgrade your phone.

Yes. You can convert single sim into dual sim. I personally don't know the method. But I know there is a thread this.

Thanks, first i hope that i downgrade correctly, and after that i'll update with the versions we talk about. If there i get a DUAL-SIM phone it will be fine. But a SINGLE-SIM were also right. I'll be happy if i got a fine Build Version and can update in future.
Was it needed to workreset after every update ?

This is a temporary version. You need to flash B170 and then vendor file. Then you can update to B560, 564 or 574 as you wish.

If balong bug reappear after flashing b170 don't worry it's normal. After flashing vendor file it will fix permanently.

Yes. After flashing B170 and vendor file you may upgrade to B574.

After i updated to the B170 lollipop version , bing, i get an information that i can update online. I do it and finally i had the B574 version and no Ballons Bug.
Also i'm be happy that i now have an DUAL SIM phone, it was so great. :good::good::good::good:

Nougat update

I installed nougat using Ultimate Nougat Guide,and now my version is VNS-L31C432B328 (in guide it says its B360 but its apparently a bug) My question is: I saw that a newer verison came out for L31,the B700.Can I just flash the update.zip and additional package in revolution recovery without any data loss? Will it work,and whats the difference between these versions?

no it isnt a bug it is just that the hwdatafull is for b328 and i didnt find the package for b360
for the update you have to flash b370 with dload method

Where can i get the package for B370 ? Cause when i use Hicare app it gives 1.25GB i guess missing 2nd file ? if you got the two files can you send me please ?

But it gives balong, Coz i dont have
Cust/hw/Meafnaf...
Can you provide me Meafnaf Localization zip? so that i can Flash Localization thn after my Stock ROM
