1)TWRP Backup includes EVERYTHING. It creates an exact image of your phone. All apps, their data, sms, call logs, just everything, lol.
2)only Zip

Nope the TWRP backup the system and rom also almost everything if you installed another rom and used the backup it will go back to the rom you had I think but if you can check backup data and apps only that will backup your apps and data only

Hi. I wanted to unlock writing on my sd card for titanium backup on a meizu m2 note so I edited platforms.xml. I didn't worked so I deleted it because I had a backup. Something went wrong: I can't use my phone because I don't have permission. I cannot connect internet, use file manager, make photos, connect to pc. only call and text.
i made a factory reset believing the platforms.xml file were restored. unfortunatly it didn't happened and still same problem. someone could help me? thanks
1)where u backed it up?? if u have backup than restore is
2)before any opration do full research on it
there is a software called SD Fix that can do make sd card write able without any truble it just need root permission
if u have a nandroid backup than restore it and do fix ur sd using SD Fix
if dont have nandroid backup u have to reinstall stock rom.zip using odin...

Anyone with an LEX727 willing to share a TWRP backup or know where I can get the rom? Or if you are having trouble rooting and installing TWRP I would also be glad to help
I lost my backup trying to get mobile data working :crying:
Hi, do somebody know a way to do a full NAndroid backup in TRWP.
I am using the last oreo UK (BTU), the Magisk Root is ok. I configured the phone, and now I want to do a backup, but the "data" partition is showning 0.
So the backup in TWRP is not useful at all.
I read that to Backup with TWRP I need to use SU, but I would like to keep using Magisk.
So is there a solution?
Hello!
After rooting and setting up everything I need, I wanted to make a full backup via TWRP.
Unfortunately it fails, as TWRP cannot create the necessary folder.
Also, I did not need to enter my pincode in order to use TWRP. That's not normal I suppose?
How can I get the backup working?
Thanks.
You might want to read through the twrp thread. https://forum.xda-developers.com/on...unofficial-twrp-touch-recovery-t3861482/page7
Thanks, that helped.
