Hey sombody plz help me to get through this,I installed the OTA then I unlocked bootlocker and installed the custom recovery twrp 2.8.7v2 ....then I tried to install the SuperSU....but after flashed it through twrp,I was stucked at "Warning Bootlocker Unlocked" screen for like 15 min,so then I tried to clear cache and then reboot....But that also not help,Then i tried format all the data and tried to to strt in factory mode.but still stucked at same screen. Now what should I do to get into the phone ?PLz ....its urgent
Well the thing you could do is factory resetting via TWRP or you could download a new ROM like CM 12.1 that you can find in the original android developer section and flash it with TWRP, your phone would boot up now. Keep in mind that you will lose everything.

The same happend to me, you must have installed the wrong SU version, just reflash stock firmware via fastboot and reinstall OTA, then if u wanna root use SuperSU v2.61, hope it helps.
Just flashed the CM12.1 through twrp ,problem is solved in a way.

unlock ur boot-loader first ,then flash cm through fastboot or if u have twrp then copy the cm zip in the sd card and then flash it through twrp. But remember to wipe the system, cache, dalvik cache and data.problem should be gone.

Sorry Noob question- when should I wipe the system, cache, dalvik cache and data ?? Before flashing cm 12.1??
And I am currently on mm rooted. And cm12.1 is based on lollypop, will there be any problem if I flash cm12.1?

hope fully there would not be any problem....but in case of going wrong with something you should make a back up with twrp to go back to previous build, and yes ,before flashing any rom, you should wipe your cache ,dalvik cache and data......and system if u need...depends upon you

first of all, which super su zip u r trying to flash ???? only this super su - "SuperSU-v2.62-3-20151211162651.zip" works on MXP...... after unlocking the boot loader u need to flash first twrp custom recovery...then entering into twrp interface, format the whole internal memory (I m sorry,u have to do that,no other way is possible)...... then put cm12 zip which u want to flash in sd card then flash the zip through twrp....... I guess this way your problem would be solved.....
If u flashed the correct mentioned supersu you should be fine.It happened 3 times also to me.I just press power continuously to power off and then it boots normally.
Please in case of SuperSU do not use 2.62-3 anymore, use 2.79SR3. Both are supposed to work, but 2.79SR3 is newer and has some bugfixes.
Note: The release 2.79 will not work, the detection fix to install systemless for all Moto devices is only integrated in 2.79SR3. 2.62-3 does no detection, it always installs systemless.

Hey,
after finally fixing my brick with Grossoshop 18s Fastboot ROM... I want to change to any other ROM, but everytime I keep stuck at the LeEco Screen.
So I tried Cydras, TARS, Grossoshop 20s (OTA & flash)... and everything keeps me stuck at the same screen - any idea what the problem is?

Are you wipping system data cache and dalvik? Basically everything except internal storage.
You should be good to go? Please provide us with more details.

Sorry, yes I wiped everything. Sometimes it doesn't even flash when it says successfully - System then is clean, but after rebooting into TWRP and reflashing it flashes the system - still it keeps stuck at LeEco Screen.
Can you enter TWRP and reflash TWRP (3.0.2 v4)? it's for X720, I use this version on my X720.

this link should work: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0KlgEp0nNIPX3FvQTdtTmcybjQ/view
I originally used the same package and never had any problems flashing ROMs. Try flashing latest TWRP linked previously, and try if you can flash Grossoshop 20s.
I'm already using v4, flashed it right after flashing the ROM
Now I were able to update to Grossoshop 20s by extracting the img of the flashable zip and splitting the system.img by using https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2749797.
Now still I don't get why I can't flash Cydras ROM.. I'm using newest TWRP. Everytime I end up with "system volume not found" and the system partition then has either 4xxMB, 7xxMB, 9xxMB... And none of it boots for sure..
Is it a bug of the flashable zip? Can I somehow convert the system folder into a system.img?

Can you confirm that ?

Can someone send Bigota link for 8.11.27 OTA? Thanks

Has anyone used https://opengapps.org/ to install all Googly things with this ROM yet.

Ignore me I found it? How long does it take to boot? Used red wolf and was on miui.eu latest?
flashed using red wolf was ok but stuck at boot logo. the dots are moving but rom is not booting up
Im using this new pie rom for hours and its super smooth and fluid
full screen gestgures are now super fast and with no stutters
flash this rom and other official miui zip roms using nijel8 twrp recovery otherwise it will not boot

going to try this now lets hope you are right as i have tried everything else and various combinations to get this booting...........
it didnt boot so starting to think this is fake rom. i tried clean flash on miui.eu rom then flashed stock gobal and clean flashed again. used this recovery and same results. it sits on boot screen with the dots flashing and nothing else happens...........how long did yours take to boot?

try it and if didnt boot here are my steps if i remember correctly :
-flash latest global developer fastboot rom with mi flash (flash all , be careful with locking bootloader accidentally )
-wait until first boot before phone setup and don't go through it
-reboot to fastboot mode and flash nijel twrp
-reboot directly to recovery
-wipe->factory reset
-flash 8.11.26 pie
-reboot system
Exatly as for me. Flashed with nigel TWRP, with format data before. Few issues but CN firmware... Google must be installed.
ok will do that now and report
i flashed latest global then tried to flash with that recovery but nothing.
i am now going to flash china dev latest and try again
---------- Post added at 07:31 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:24 PM ----------
so to be clear
i am gonna flash dev global 8.11.23 via fastboot
then wait for it to get to 1st set up screen but not go through the setup process
will then flash that twrp you mentioned via fastboot
and flash the rom after factory reset

i did exactly what you said again just to be sure
and it booted up with no problem
- mi flash->global 8.11.23 -> clean all
- first boot until welcome screen
- power off-> volume down+power -> fastboot and run "fastboot flash recovery nijeltwrp.img"
- volume up+power to boot to recovery
(so far if decryption goes well twrp shuold not request decryption password and you could mount data and see internal storage contents in /sdcard with no problem in twrp file manager)
- wipe->factory reset
- install pie zip rom 8.11.26
- wipe dalvik+cache
- reboot system
it took about 4 or 5 minutes for me to boot
If I've gone straight from the latest stock China ROM to xiaomi.eu 10.0.0.6.0 and have since flashed the latest nijel TWRP - which is all working fine.
Can I simply flash to this pie release or do I need to have previously flashed one of the developer ROMs?
Guys, quick conformation, please as I hear conflicting reports about MIUI Pie and my TWRP...
Please, from experience, decryption works, right? How about formatting data with TWRP and boot to Pie? Is MIUI Pie able to encrypt fresh data partition? And if yes is TWRP able to decrypt it again?
Thank you, feedback is really appreciated so I know what needs to be done for full Pie compatibility!!!

first thanks again for your great work on this recovery
decryption was good with oreo 8.11.15 china rom but right after pie rom boots and rebooting to recovery, decryption fails
from there rebooting to recovery again doesn't change anything ... recovery asks for decryption password every time.
and cuz data partition is not mounted so recovery log will not be saved to internal memory to attach it here
after formatting data miui boots successfully and encrypts data again.setting up the phone and rebooting to recovery ... but same thing happens and decryption fails.
hi guys
i need a patch for z3 dual that would be able to run z3 single-sim roms on z3 dual in android 9 pie
can any develpoer make it for me?please
thanks
please
somebody help meeeeeee
I found some patch on old oreo Z3 thread.
Also, I read the LOS 15 thread today. You need a specific TWRP for D6633. But I can't find this file.
This patch only tested on oreo ROMs so I don't know if it will work on pie.
Anyway, there you go.
You'll need a clean flash. The steps are:
- Flash TWRP 3.3.1 (if you want to install LOS 16.0, flash the boot.img from the .zip)
- reboot to TWRP, wipe everything (system, cache, dalvik, data, internal storage. BUT if you store the ROM and gapps file on internal storage, DO NOT wipe internal storage)
- flash ROM, Gapps, reboot to TWRP
- flash this dualsim patch, reboot to system
Good luck.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that.
The TWRP 3.3.1 from the link is only work on LOS 16.0. If you flash another ROM with TWRP 3.3.1, the TWRP will break.
In other word, you must flash the correct TWRP for the ROM. Also, in the past, there is a specific TWRP for Z3 dual but the link is dead.

i got frustrated completely
Hey guys, I decided to try and install a custom ROM on my phone, but after trying a few things, my phone now won't boot into anything but TWRP. Here's exactly what I did in chronological order:
1. Flashed official TWRP
2. Tried to install Pixel Experience by *only* flashing the .zip - it was extremely buggy, laggy, and just straight-up unusable
3. Used the "format" option from within TWRP > Wipe
4. Tried installing Pixel Experience (had to use it on an external USB) - appeared to install fine but it won't boot into it, just reboots into TWRP
5. Tried Pixel Experience "Plus", crDroid, Lineage OS, and stock ROM, all had the same result as PE in step 4
6. Tried using blu_spark TWRP, same result as step 4
I have absolutely no idea what to do or how to fix this. Can somebody help me? Thanks!

Then format data and flash the ROM you need.

For the param issue, seems your driver is causing issues, or else the unbrick rom file is broken/corrupt.
