nexus 10 stuck on "android" loading screen - Nexus 10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

i rooted this tablet about 2 years ago, and while trying to flash a new rom onto it is hung up on the "android" loading screen. using skipsoft android toolkit, loaded manta 5.1 and just hangs. tried other options in toolkit, nothing seems to work. device shows lock state is unlocked but using the toolkit to check says device state is locked. i used the toolkit to lock the bootloader, device now shows device state locked. then again using the toolkit i unlock bootloader, success! prompt on tablet asks if i want to unlock i choose yes, device shows state as unlocked, toolkit however finishes by showing device state as locked. still. still hangs on "android" startup screen. what are my next steps/ what am i missing?

[Q] Access Recovery via ADB/Fastboot Without Bootloader First

Hello Nexus 7 community,
Today my brother complained to me that his Nexus 7 (2012) was stuck on the new KitKat boot screen. I suggested he let it sit. Fast forward an hour and it was still stuck at the boot screen, so I held the power button down and it shut down. But now the tablet can't get past the "Google" splash screen and becomes stuck in a boot loop there. I can get into the bootloader with ADB and fastboot, but when I select "Recovery mode," the top right corner of the screen says "booting failed" and I am given the option once again to choose recovery mode, start, power off, or reboot bootloader.
So I'd like to ask if there was any alternate way to get into the recovery by bypassing the bootloader. I figure I might be able to re-sideload the JWR66Y-to-KRT16S OTA.zip to fix the issue. Otherwise, I don't know where to turn. This is a locked, non-rooted device, and I'd prefer not to have to wipe the data.
Thanks!

[Q] Nexus 4 stuck on bootloop

This morning I woke up and my Nexus was stuck on a boot loop. I tried to flash stock (choosing soft-bricked/boot loop) with the Wugfresh ToolKit but in the black command box I see the message/error that it is not available remotely for locked devices. I then went back and put the phone in the bootloader and tried to unlock it. I watch it as it says it is successfully unlocked, however as soon as it reboots automatically it gets stuck in the boot loop. If I power it off and the back on it is locked again. Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks in advance.
So your bootloader is now unlocked? Did you try going into recovery and wiping cache, Dalvik, and data? Did you try flashing a stock rom manually?

No, it locks again when it (automatically) reboots and starts looping.
I then went back and put the phone in the bootloader and tried to unlock it. I watch it as it says it is successfully unlocked, however as soon as it reboots automatically it gets stuck in the boot loop. If I power it off and the back on it is locked again.
Is there a way to stop it from automatically rebooting after unlocking? If so, will that muck it up?

not being able to unlock is a sign your emmc memory is bad. I'm afraid there isn't anything you can do except warranty if you still have it. The mother board needs to be replaced.

Stuck in boot loop - soft bricked

My 2012 N7 is stuck in a boot loop. It is stock 4.4.4 and not rooted or bootloader unlocked.
Sometimes it will hang during the boot animation and start over, if it makes it through a complete boot I get about 10 seconds before it reboots again, sometimes a random app will crash before that (usually TV) but not always. That means I can't make any system changes (turn off MTP, usb debugging), or if I can do it quickly the changes don't persist or there isn't time for my PC to update the drivers.
I have tried restoring through the recovery mode multiple times, that didn't take.
I've tried using WugFresh's NRT v1.9.3 to use its "Flash Stock and Unroot" feature and after downloading Google drivers so it can talk to it during fastboot mode I was able to get it to attempt to flash both the 4.4.4 factory image and 5.0 factory image. None of those worked either, I think maybe because I can't get the USB debugging working. The process goes very quickly and spits back various FAILED (remote: Bootloader is locked.) and nothing happens, just sticks at the bootloader screen. Even tried to unlock the bootloader via the NRT in case that would work, got as far as the option to unlock the bootloader and erase everything, that didn't take either.
Every thing I've tried so far just keeps giving me constant reboots with all my apps and data still there. The Android laying there with his chest open is mocking me now and I'm stuck on what to do next. I need help or a point in the right direction, please I am running at my wits end with the blasted thing.

Stuck on"Your device is booting now"

So, I unlocked my bootloader, flashed a revolution recovery then I got my phone stuck on that screen. After a lot of tries and countless volume up and down random pressing I got the phone into e-recovery and I got it to work. The phone experienced
a lot of lag issues since then; so I tried a factory reset. The phone after reset had no keyboard but the google voice activated one.
So I relocked my bootloader and decied to try it again .... I unlocked the bootloader, flashed a TWERP recovery, and the phone got stuck again but this time for the life of me I can't get it to open.
It shows Huawei logo for 1 second then the screen that says:
"Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted.
