I´m looking for a rom for the LG Optimus L5 II (E460) too.
I found a website (can´t post the Link due to forum-rules) for an "Unofficial Lineage OS 14.1 On LG Optimus L5 (e610)" (rom by SlimShady's) ...can I use it or will it not work?

Of course, nah, another rom device can't be installed on a phone with different specifications, dont flash it.
