This is a project aims to make a kernel which is U.N.I.Q.U.E. Our goal is stability and functionality. We can just add few more words like best battery life and best performance and blah blah with fake advertisements but we would rather let our users find whats best about our project.

I'm testing this kernel since some days now on MIUI, and I have to say that it's truly awesome. Dt2w feature working as it should (pocket wakeups are there but minimal), performance is also good (I have set slim governor and FIOPS IO scheduler).
Important thing is, that you shouldn't enable Adreno idler on MIUI, as it causes lags (on LP it may work fine though).

Well i did is to follow the install procedure i did this twice it shows the mi logo and then the phone shut down this is as far as i got ? One thing different i am using xiaomi mi4 device would this be the problem ?

just flashed it on my Mi3/16gb phone with Omnirom, it booted, going to test for a few days.

well i was not able at all to turn it on so i had to flash dirtyunicorn rom all over again .... clean install ... i dont know how to give you the info you want but you if tell me how ... i will .... i did try 2 but i get it only to the mi logo and thats it ...

Work fine to me in LollipOS rom.

have you tried flashing other custom kernel that works(such as older amaterasu v7, old stuxnet etc) before flashing this? i'm suspecting that it's something to do with anykernel, since i'm getting some weird problems with flashing some other kernels too(first time worked, after an update it doesn't work, going from another and coming back, it works again)

Last night tried for 15 mins.
Couple things that I have found:
Pros:
-Extremely smooth
-RRO (My favourite)
Cons (Bugs):
-Cannot toggle the network mode (It is LTE preferable, nothing happened when you choose 3G/2G)
-Some missing customizations. (As this build is still in testing version).
Overall, I would say that I will stay on this ROM if it is further optimized in the future. XenonHD used to be my Top 1 ROM back in the Android 5.1 Era. Thanks for the effort!

can change network mode to gsm/wcdma??

-Cannot change network. Stuck at LTE.
-Button setting is lacking option. Cannot edit menu button.
-notification tiles is lacking option.
Other than that this ROM is very smooth.

Trying the 30/1 build for a few hours, I observed the followings:
The rom is smooth, fast and stable.
Fallen shadow kernel works fine on this rom.
Xposed also works on this rom without any problem.
Other than the issues stated in the above post, it seems that almost everything works properly on this rom.
Battery life needs further observation.

For me yes. I'm using it with the latest zeurionx kernel.

Im currently on turbo rom, a lot of lag, a disconnecting wifi, etc.. i hope this rom doesnt have all that, will give it a go

There's no lag. But I'm not receiving missed call notifications on the lock screen. I receive it only after a reboot. Not sure why that happens

@Matoxxi Thanks a lot bro for this wonderful ROM. Rock stable, smooth and fast. Was off from forum for last 3 months, came back and wanted a stable & fast ROM with good battery life. Found that with Tesla, will be my daily driver from now onwards. On top of that it has one of the best boot animation and a cool looking keyboard layout. No major bugs found and has very good battery life [emoji2] @marko94 Thanks for suggesting this ROM bro [emoji106]

Yes I second that! Thanks for the hard work on all of these ROMs @Bushido43 and I too also hope that you keep supporting and updating it?? As udaan mentioned, with the exception of a couple of developers, most of the ROMS popping up here seem experimental without any 'future' sustainability, updates etc. I have tried all of your other 7.1.X ROMS for the Mi5s Plus and they are all very solid and fluid but I would really love to see at least one of them maintained and worked on. It is the one thing that keeps me going back to my One Plus 3 phone. I much rather use my mi5s plus but i find it so hard to even flash a ROM unless i know it is worked on and updated from time time. Please don't get me wrong, I am not the kind of person who needs daily or even weekly updates, heck I dont even need monthly updates; I am unconcerned about when or how frequently updates happen to any ROM i flash BUT i do want to know that updates will, when needed, be pushed out. ?? You are one of the most promising dev contributor this devices has seen and I would love to use your work.

Those Mi 3 user's facing bootloop in other ROM's will likely face same here(?). We are working to fix the issue. FYI device tree's have not been modified (intentionally atleast) to reflect this.

Unofficial is developed by anyone, any person who's willing to develop/code/compile.

seems like the home button still won't work w/ synaptic's digitizer...

So all ROMs... What's the difference then? Does some code write and compile itself? Are official ROMs just found naturally in the wild? :silly:

As far as I know...
Official ROMs come from a group of people who have worked on the development of a ROM in their own way. They have certain guidelines to follow, they make a brand out of their development. Like lineage OS has developed a ROM with not much of customization options available in it. Nitrogen OS guys have decided to develop a feature rich ROM.
Unofficial ROM could come from people like Shivam or any individual who works on or maintain a ROM in whatever way he/she wants. Right now there is no official maintainer available in the group who created Pixel Experience ROM. So Shivam is taking an initiative to take their source and work on the changes to make it run on Mi3/Mi4.

This rom is far better than any others rom.....I love it but loudspeaker sound , ringtone sound, when facebook,imo call sound is very low. almost bug free rom. recommand to use everyone. Thank dev

Battery life is great. i can get almost 1 day usage using this rom. but usb debugging, mtp and adb seem not working. tried to install all the driver, disabling certificate etc. tell me if something missing. i love this rom but the probelm do annoy me a little bit :crying:

go to developer option than disable debugging mode if its enable. it will work
