Yes, you can Flash it.. Make Sure to Delete that emmc file under the folder.. Otherwise after flash your Device Bootloader locked again, and you face Bootloop issue..

Can i flash the recovery rom over 7.3.7.0 global, unofficially unlocked bootloader?
I'm on global stable 7.3.7 with officially unlocked bootloader. Can I update this recovery rom by choosing the rom file in updater app
BTW does it relock the bootloader?
I'm on global 7.3.5,do I need to delete that emmc file too ?

Maybe, give a try.. If not succeed then flash via TWRP as your Bootloader already unlocked.. But don't forget to Delete that emmc file under the folder before flashing through TWRP, Otherwise your Device get locked again & it cuz Bootloop issue.

Yes.. Otherwise it'll lock your Bootloader again, after flashing..

I have flashed miui 8 global beta today with mi flash tool. Phone was offically unlocked and was running twrp 3.0 and Mokee ROM. Everything went smoothly and Yes bootloader was relocked but I used mi unlock tool again and unlocked bootloader in seconds.
I have locked bootloader, can I try it by update app?

This is beta stable... Cause it is not public for everyone. They pushed to random users only to do final test and post your thoughts...

Don't worry.. You also hv Solution for that.. If you facing Bootloop issue.. Just Put your Device into Fastboot mood again & Unlock Bootloader again via MiUnlock Tool.. & Voila..

You mean u have a note 4.well usually do a search before posting. Android nougat is everywhere. Yiu can use the stock rom or you can flash a custom. Rom like Resurrection remix nougat. I am using it now in N910F

Official release = No. (or maybe yes!, one of the members from JDCTeam was making official releases for LOS14)
However there are some devs who announced Oreo for our devices. RR and JDCTeam as far as I know. JDCTeam decided that Android Oreo will be their last release for S4, after that they will move onto OP5. So we're sure that we will have Oreo on our beloved S4 :highfive:
