Disable App without Package Disabler Pro

I read that if you use Package Disabler Pro you have to enable all Apps before you do an update or an OTA update.
I disabled some Apps without using PDP, does the above statement still count for me or can I just update without enabling all Apps again? And if so, do I have to Disable them again after the update or are these disabled Apps just not updated?

Apps safe to disable using package disabler pro

As the title suggests, does anyone have a list of apps/services that are safe to disable using package disabler pro?
Please find mine attached. But I do not use couple of apps you might need.

Awesome thank you
Where can you get the disable pro package?
All these. Note: you need to have another Launcher installed before you disable TouchWiz home.

Some Knox apps show as uninstalled?

Container agent2
KnoxBBCprovider
Knoxkeyguard
Quick Acess
SharedDeviceKeyguard
These apps show as uninstalled in the application manager. I know had disabled knoxbbcprovider with package Disabler Pro but I had re-enabled all apps and uninstalled it. Would package Disabler Pro somehow uninstall or corrupt these files? I'm leaning towards a factory reset since I've read that the app has been causing issue with the system. But I don't want to reset and make this a new device... bleh.

Quick tools - battery sucker

Hello,
Does anyone knows a way to disable/uninstall "Quick tools" from a non rooted Edge+?
The panel is not activated in the edge panels and I tried to force stop but it is started automatically after a while.
With the quick tools started the "Android system" takes the first place in the battery usage.
Thanks
Install package disabler pro and you can disable it
I tried the Package Disabler Pro but it doesn't work properly. The "Quick Tools" package, which I am most interested in to be blocked, shows as disabled in "Package Disabler Pro" but it stills run in the background and drain the battery.
Shall I try a Factory reset?
