I was trying to change the firmware on my AT&T Branded S7 to Tmobile firmware. I messed something up to the point where if I power it on I get a boot loop of the white screen that says

i trying to flash a firmware and the power went out
My S5 Verizon 16gb is stuck in boot loop. I have down loaded the tar.md5 but I am using Jodin3 since I don't have a PC. It cannot recognize the PIT file. Is it available to download somewhere on here? I have been unsuccessful in finding it thus far. Any help would be appreciated.
I tried to root my phone today but after reboot, it got stuck in the boot screen which says "Samsung Galaxy 8+". I can only go to the download mode. I tried downloading the stock firmware and tried to flash it using Odin but the flash always fails to give a Fail! (DeviceInfo) error.
I don't know what to do. I am afraid the phone is not charging as well, it the battery dries out my phone will be dead. What should I do?
Did you try and root the new AQG5 base? Flashing TWRP or CF Auto root will fail if you do so. If this is the case then follow the guide @Nameless provided https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s8/help/stuck-bootloop-flashing-aqg5-fix-t3636857 and throw him a thanks.
If you didn't do that and Odin still continues to fail when flashing stock you should give Smart Switch a try and go for an emergency recovery. You will need your device model number and S/N code ready. http://www.samsung.com/dk/smart-switch/

Hi all, sorry if this is not the proper place for this.
I attempted to root an old Verizon GS7 by using Odin and downloading the Root AP file. After that the phone is stuck in a reboot loop. I can get it to go back into the download mode (Pwr + Vol Down + Home) where I am trying to just recover it to stock.
The problem I'm having is that no matter where I've gotten the supposed "Official" Verizon ROM, it will not download with Odin.
I've tried an older ROM and the download fails with a version check error on the phone screen.
When I tried the latest version (G930VVRS4CRI1 as told to me by a Verizon support person) I get an "Unsupport dev_type" on the phone.
I'm open to any and all suggestions on how I can get myself out of the corner I've painted myself into! :fingers-crossed:

I resolved my problem by using the 3.13.1 version of Odin. I was previously using the 3.12 Prince Comsy version.
I FINALLY realized that I could search for the "Unsuport dev_type" string and it led me to the solution.
I am trying to flash twrp to my phone using odin and am getting stuck at get pit for mapping. My phone is the exynos worldwide model. What do I do?
