hey folks, i thought it would be a good idea to compile some good roms in one thread,
so everyone just post ur favorites on here, or a link from xda where we can go and see requirements, features, ect ect.
make sure ur posting the latest roms too plz, i don't like to dl roms that are outdated or something.

im brand new to this
i'll start with superD 1.6: it's a good rom, not as fast as i expected it to be, but it's still an all around stable rom.
im noob so i can't post the link lol. but u can find it it's on the first page of the forum

I like dwang v1.17.1(donut) because of the speed and stability. I also like xROM1.0(eclair) for the same reasons.

[Q] Registry error when updating...help!

Hello guys,
I'm new here so hello to all.
Recently installed the DFT WP7 on my HTC HD2 and now have been prompted to update through my Zune software. Everything seems to work as normal, rebooting the phone, but and error occurs stating the phone cannot be backed up and that my registry settings are incorrect.
Is there a fix for this or a step I've missed when I flashed my device?
Any advice will be much appreciated!

the only step you've missed perhaps is not to read the other 200 threads stating the update not to work on our hd2's

wait and give a space of time and enjoy what you have,because it seams that the update you are looking for it's not as good as it sound...that's in the first.
second as the guys told you have to search the forum for your question first mate
third,as it was mentioned form hard working members in xda-developers,you could get a new piece of art on your hd2 soon.
conclusion, ignore the update!!!

just want to give this hint. i am not the dev, i've got nothing to do with this work. the whole honor belongs to cannondalev2000. just found it while searching for another rom for another device and like to share for those who can't get enough of flashing and testing roms, as i do .

Rom seems to get updated from time to time
0616 build up
i flashed it and it boots. attacked kernel was flashed by myself.
Edit: used it since yesterday and no problems so far. Works good.

Tried to find something, but no luck. Strange. It's slim based Android 5.1.1r4, uses layers but not working quite right atm. The rom itself working flawlessly. There are just a few modification options like changing height of navbar. As mentioned in op I'm using it with latest attacked kernel. That's all I know atm.

This rom was compiled by cannondalev2000, a great dev. I used some of his KK roms. Actually his account has been disabled, I don't know why...

There's latest global dev which is supposed to be Oreo version, but I guess they took it down from main download site for a reason

I also received the notification, but I will not update it. There are many bug reports in this version.

Is there anything for those who dont want to unlock the bootloader?

I got the update from the app. I'm asking for suggestion should update or not?

This update according to the forum of MIUI, brings too many bug, so they recommend noo update ..

I would not recommend the update.
There are many current complaints about it, some of them pretty serious - soft Brick - and they are consistent.
Wait for Xiaomi to address this.

This is not the same "beta stable" that was released the 12 of Feb, this is just a bit more polished... Anyway for those who want to have the bootloader locked and an xiaomi rom, stick to developer version, they are more stable than the stable version...

on MIUI forum this if you encountered problems with Google Pay after updating to 9.2.3.0

Alright....I lasted 24hrs.
I updated.
Annnnnd....can I just say that it is noticeably faster opening apps?
Also the screen sensitivity had been increased.
So, I'll stick with it and let you know if I have problems.

No issues found, connectivity working as normal, phone is fast...

Last night when I checked there was only China Stable and China Developer roms on miui site, now it has Globals too. Looks like thats a true stable but with all that bugs reported...

After update, I can't install TWRP properly (permanently) and TWRP has no access to SD.

Hi, I have several problems with this new update. NFC pay doesn't work anymore, no sounds for email, emails notifications are shown twice, notification from running background apps can not hide anymore (VLC, Messenger,etc). All other things are ok

Will the bootloader relock if I update from OTA ?
