For moving apps to sd ,search about sd partition on youtube and make a partition on your sd card and use App2sd app for moving apps on sd card

I've Read, but I'm Still Confused.. Please Help

Hello Everyone, and thanks in advance.
here goes...
I have a Galaxy S running JK3 with an 8gig external SD.
When you move apps to SD does Froyo move them to the internal SD or External SD?
My external SD is set up with a fat32 partition only. Do I have to format my external SD with a proper ext partition? If so, can I just do that in Paragon partition manager?
Thanks for the help. I have searched, but the more I read the more I got confused.

LOL Apps are installed on internal sd, not every one has external sd and i know mine never came with one so id guess all my apps must of been on internal sd ...... with 3rd party apps you can sendem to your external sd.... From all reports since froyo this seems to be a thing of the past...tbh im not to sure why people moved then to ex sd in the first place theres plenty of room on internal sd

[Q] Move app to SD won't move obb data?

On the latest update with Move to SD feature, when I move a game to SD card, the obb data is still in device storage.
Is this only me?

Hi,
Move to sd feature only moves the app.
Data is still on the internal storage.
In order to get both, you need to be rooted and use FOLDERMOUNT

Is there any option to move the data to SD Card without rooting the phone?

Moving aplications to SD Card i9505 (Samsung update way)

Hello,
I've been looking for an answer on the forums but the responses on this question seem downright stupid or at least completely off the mark. What i want to know is why when i try to move an application to the EXTERNAL SD CARD (Kingmax Class 10 32gb microsd) it says that it moves the application on the sdcard but when i try to view the folders and everything on the external sd CARD it's as if nothing is changed no folders are added and the size does not change. On the phone it says that the application is on the SD Card, is this a BUG or what exactly is going on?

I understand what you mean but if i look into the android folder on the ext sdcard there is no application even though i've set all my apps to be moved on the microsd. Are they hidden or something?

Can't move apps to sd

Hi, when I move any app to the sd card, everything seems to be ok, but the free space on the internal memory and on the sd is the same as it was before moving it. How can I fix it? Thank you

Apps 2 SD

Hi Guys, I just wanted to check if there's any fix to move apps to SD card, I've tried a couple of apps & xposed modules too but nothing's working.
it's running on android 6.0.1 u have to format sd card as internal storage to install apps on sd card and sd has to be minimum class 10 or else apps will take a lot of time to launch

By doing this I will only be able to use my SD card for installing apps & nothing else, it'll not let me store anything else on SD card & thats why I am not formatting the SD card as internal.

Thanks for responding. I did switch to Adoptable Storage when I bought this device & noticed that it only stored apps, game data etc. Adoptable storage was not showing / detecting on my pc & laptop too, check this link for more info https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/prod_answer_detail/a_id/109134/p/1449,9582
