Good day I have a problem I do not know if it is serious as a Hardbrick it turns out that I bought a Moto g4 XT1625 32gb from Amazon with advertising with Android 6.0.1 released when I turned on the device I came with Amazon advertising in the lock screen and more applications brought from Amazon ... An update to 7.0 Nougat was being downloaded when I finished updating the device, the "logo" appears and it goes to "Recovery Mode" with some letters below saying "We have detected an attempt to flash unauthorized sw on your deviced "... and after there I started to investigate on this issue and it turns out that to save it you have to unlock the Bootloader, but I can not unlock it by any method because this version of Amazon can not be unlocked the Bootloader ... Try to install some firmware Stock for this model of android Nougat and nothing always fall in the recovery .... I need help if there is solution only goes into fastboot and recovery when I turn it on
Excuse me, my bad English, I'm from Venezuela ;(

Hi man, some of the Amazon Moto g4 (xt1625) can be bootloader unlocked via Motorola's official method, I have done that on 2 of them
BTW I'm from vzla too, bought a few phones from Amazon and unlocked the bootloader only on the 32gb, couldn't on the 16gb version.

Got my G5 from EE earlier this morning. Looks like there's an OEM unlock like there was on the G4.

The Tmobile one in the US has this same option too. And doing the fastboot oem unlock function works too.
And then it stops right there. Any attempt to write a custom recovery does not work.
Hopefully it will be a different story over there.

Having this option in Android settings does not mean that the bootloader is unlocked. The SD820 Galaxy S7 & S7E have this option as well, and their bootloader is locked down tight.
Edit:
Aaaand, the bootloader is locked on all variants of the G5 as well. Thanks, Qualcomm...

It is built in on all developer options on all Marshmallow running devices. But is only a security option for the user to allow it IF...IF it is available from the manufacturer/carrier.

Hi,
I tried writing to Huawei support in order to request the bootloader unlock code and the answer is that for this model Y560-L01 it is not available.
Does anyone know a way to unlock the bootloader and flash a different recovery on this Huawei model?
Thank you
Fixed!
Hi Everyone,
After I tried all the possible methods the only way that works to unlock the bootloader on Y560 with latest firmware version is the method that you can find in the comments of the "David Andres" comment in this site konstakang.com/devices/y560/TWRP/#comment-3567523527.
The procedure is at your own risk..
The step are clearly described. You have to root the phone (in my case the last kingroot 5.3.x worked). Than with Rashr flash the B040 recovery.
At this point you can install any stock Rom newer than 577B040 directly or install the ROM 040 that allows to unlock the boatloader with fastboot or do any other work on your phone.

Hi guys, i've bought note 20 ultra recently, i have to flash stock rom to my note fan edition phone but there is a problem.
I've tried several versions of odin in order to flash but no luck.
I had floydq v6.0 before, now phone doesnt even booting it says only "official released binaries are allowed"
Here is my steps:
- I downloaded binaries for N935F from sammobile,
- Tried to flash but no luck it stucks at SetupConnection or NAND Write Start or Set Partition part
- Then i came across with a thread that says i have to enable OEM Unlock but the thing is i couldnt see that switch in my developer settings page, i tried several things
- Now i am trying oem-unlock with fastboot but the thing is fastboot does not recognize my phone, but before the brick adb could see my phone idk what am i doing wrong
- I think i successfully installed the right drivers such as (Google Driver, Samsung OEM driver)

Can anyone help me about that problem?
Using odin v3.13.1 solved my problem.
So I'm stuck on a S7 a friend gave me while I wait for my OnePlus to get here, and I was shocked to find out there are no roms for the ATT version of the phone. Apparently cause none of them come unlocked? However in developer options on my phone OEM Unlocking was available, I clicked it and it says it was successful. Is there more to this that I'm not getting? Did I end up with a once in a blue moon OEM unlocked ATT S7?

You have to flash the ENG_BOOT file. You will need to know what bootloader version you are on. It is explained there.
I am running a T-Moble version on my ATT phone and works fine.
